Although, Bre and the gentleman who worked in the store, were very attentive and nice, the prices are outrageous to mail things. I had to ship a few items but it would've cost more than the items were worth to ship them from here so I opted out and went to the post office instead. I get it, it's a FedEx store but I never expected post office pricing, I was expecting that the prices would be at least reasonable . In any case, this is a great place to make copies and to even send emails in such they will print them for you. (There was a customer in there doing this) There's plenty of parking onsite. In a non shocking turn of events, my FedEx package is delayed. This company is absolute garbage, barely ever on time, packages handled like crap, zero information about the package status while it's in transit, Zero help from staff. I hate when my stuff is ships through FedEx, might get it on time might get it in 2 weeks, who knows. If I could tell who the item will be shipped by I would literally purchase something different that ships through UPS, than give this mediocre service any more of my money. read more

The manager or store employee was very rude and not helpful. UPS has excellent customer experience. I went to ship using prepaid shipping label and he the employee was reluctant to allow me into the store at 5.59pm today. I even requested as it was important for me to ship the parcel today itself. This is my go-to fedex location anytime I get sent a package that requires a signature. Whenever I get that fedex notice left on my front door that a signature is required I always go online and request that my delivery be held @ this specific location for pickup at my convenience. The location is clean, easy to find, and the staff there have always been kind and helpful. There is nothing spectacular or amazing about this place, but it's fedex, so you shouldn't have any ridiculously high expectations. It is ... What it is... And this particular location is open seven days a week and has decent weekend hours, which other locations do not offer, which is why this location specifically gets a 4 star rating - it seems to be more accommodating to clients/customers who work a lot ;) I would definitely recommend this location, and of course I will be back when needed... read more

beware do not use this place to ship your items go to the fedex ship center 8210 s hardy rd this place and there employees have no respect for you or your packages!!! i came in yesterday with 3 boxes that were packed very well, my company mails these same boxes and items weekly with fedex. when i brought these boxes in a associate names drea and her manager a guy i do not recall his name but it started it "c" were standing behind the counter. the lady drea came from around the counter and i told her these boxes already had paid labels on them i was just dropping them off with my receipt. she went over to the large box that said (fragile) all over it and starts putting her whole body weight on the box and pushing up and down. basically doing push-ups on my box. i said what are you doing!!? her manager is watching the whole thing and laughs. customers behind me couldn't believe she did that. she said i cant accept this box because the side of the bix folded in. i said you put your whole body weight on the box and jumped on it. the box is cardboard and double boxed filled with bubble wrap what do you think is going to happen. drea then states the box needs to be able to hold a 150lbs and im not accepting it. i spoke with her manager who watch the whole thing as he is laughing and says were not taking your box it needs to be doubled boxed and filled to the top. i told the manager lets open the box and ill show you its double boxed and filled to the top and you can see your employee just crushed my package that says fragile on it by jumping up and down on it. manager proceeds to tell me i said im not taking and no fedex will. he took my other 2 boxes and threw them and said get out. i asked for a corporate number and name which he laughed about and said they wont do anything we are privately owned. the customers behind me seen the whole thing and walked out of the store. when i got out side the other customers waited out there and told me what that lady and guy did was completely wrong and they could not belive he was a manager. they said there was a fedex ship center they were going to because they did not want to ship there stuff there anymore also. i took my now damaged box to another fedex and they accepted the box and couldn't belive what the other store did and that the manager was apart of it. fedex office store avoid at all cost. the employee and manager are fully not capable of doing there job they treated me like such crap every customer behind me left after they seen fedex employee damaging my package why her manager stood there and laughed. these people are not professionals and think because there store is privately owned they can do what they want. this store and employees have no standards and i feel sorry for all the business these employees drive away. pictures i post is of the box at my home before it went to the fedex office and the other picture is it at the fedex office and you can see it now damaged because employee drea decided to lay down on my package that says clearly all over it fragile and top. this box was big but only weighed 11lbs. very bad business. i filed corporate complaint and i am contacting the bbb. these people at the fedex office have no respect for your or your belongings you bring in. avoid them and go to the fedex shipping center up the road on 8210 s hardy dr. read more

In a world where printing and copying has become self-service this location still has A plus service. I went in because I was on my way to a presentation and realized I had left my materials at home. Luckily I had them on a usb drive so I high tailed it to a local "Kinkos." They have awesome little self-service machines for just that situation. You place your credit card in, followed by your USB drive, and then select the file and if you'd like it in color or black and white and done it sends it to a printer. That's how it's supposed to work, but after looking at all the trays and not finding my print out I got the attention of a lady working there and she verified it had charged my card and that it didn't print she gave me a refund and then asked for my usb drive and printed it for me. It was a very small order but I must say the customer service had exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this location to anyone for printing. As for shipping I didn't have the pleasure of trying that out on this visit. But I'm sure the customer service level is similar. read more

I went into fed ex about 30 minutes to close and the woman working was so welcoming and ready to help. She helped me choose packaging and guided me through printing my label. She also handled the huge amount of customers that walked in at the same time really well! My experience was nothing short of 10/10! read more

Placed an order for 53 colored copies...I provided the paper and everything. Got charged $36.51 The color was off and the some of the POSTCARDS were copied upside down and some right side up. I complained and the manager looked at me like I was crazy! The manager offered to redo them over if I had another set of 53 postcards....REALLY? The set of CANNON PHOTO PAPER POSTCARDS cost $32.00... REALLY LADY, REALLY? She acted like she didn't give a rats ass...She gave me a "it is what it is attitude" and let me walk out the door... I love these people! I have been here to print copies and to cut and bind scripts and they are always pleasant and helpful. But the BEST reason I go here is to pick up my wine delivery from a wine club in California. As you may be aware, alcohol cannot be delivered without an adult signature to accept it, so when you aren't home during the day for deliveries, they hold it for you here. And since it is just around the corner from my house it is so convenient! read more

If you have anything that's important or time sensitive, you can easily $ave time and money by sending your mail from another business. The first time the fingerprints came back was because of the poor quality of the fingerprints and the 2nd time, they were never even received. How could this happen with certified mail?? Easy. Incompetence. I missed out on a job opportunity for giving a business an opportunity to correct their mistake but I at least get a chance to warn others about this business. read more
