Several items were shipped internationally. After paying over $200 to ship FedEx never informed that upon delivery another fee had to be paid by the receiver. The receiver of the gift obviously did not open the email punctually enough for FedEx. So FedEx started a return to sender. This was a birthday gift and FedEx did not care to even attempt to deliver again. After paying all shipping cost and fees the receiver must also pay on their end to receive the package, FedEx did not mention this and even after pleading for them to attempt delivery again they did not care. The delivery driver showed up at about 8pm as expected according to the tracking app. Our house lights inside and out were all on. We were in the house expecting an important pkg. However, the driver never knocked ( we have a dog) nor did he ring the doorbell. He just slapped a note on the door saying attempted delivery. WE WERE HOME. We were told the Fed Ex store on Ray rd. opened at 8 am the next day. The store was locked and dark til past 8:15 - when the girl showed up, we asked what time do you open? She said 8am. When we pointed out the 15 min discrepancy, she said oh, I'm new, I don't know what time we open. I'm sorry ...WHAT !?!? Our document never made it back to the store. We don't where it is. So much for 2 day shipping. I want my *#$% money back. You SUCK. read more

If it's close and convenient I recommend it but if you don't like being ignored. Not a welcome, greeting , or asking if you need help at all then it's your jam. I had to go ask a question. I get self service and all that, but some of us are 1st timers. They should keep that in mind! If staff do not even speak, are they really needed?? I have had consistently poor experiences at this particular FedEx Office, but today really took the cake. I wanted to send documents over with a return label. Simple right? Not at this location. No. I would have had better service at the local MVD (DMV for those of you not from AZ). The first guy asked me if I had a FedEx account. I told him that I did, and asked if he could he look up my account number with my name? He replied, "Sorry, we don't do that anymore." So I said fine, I'll do it without my FedEx account. Response: "Sorry, you can't get a return label without a FedEx account." So I stepped out of the line and tried to find my account using my iPhone. That took a while. When I finally was in my account, I had to update my address and my credit card number. Then I went to the back in line. This time, I was being taken care of my a nice lady. But she was new and she had to ask someone else pretty much every step of the way. But the other guy was actually very helpful and polite. All the details were entered. She had access to my account. I approved the transaction. The nice guy left. Then she says, it's not accepting your payment method. I said I just updated it. She said that it takes 24-hours to update in the system. I said no problem, I have a credit card with me and I'll just use that. She informed me that I have to use the credit card on file. And I have to use my FedEx account, otherwise I can't get a return label. I asked for the nice guy, but she told me he'd left for his lunch break. No other solution was offered. After half an hour of third-world bureaucracy, I walked out, not having been able to complete this very important and time-dependent transaction. I'd love to say, "Never again," but unfortunately, in some cases, like this one, I have no other choice but to use FedEx. At least I can write a review so that someone who does have a choice and can go to the UPS store, will think twice before going to this FedEx Office. read more

I visited for a quote on a print project. I had questions about the pricing, the quality, and the thickness of the paper options they offer online. The staff who helped me was very knowledgeable and was very patient with all of the questions and concerns I had. The staff was transparent enough and said that with the size of my project that I should utilize their online project portal instead of in-store to avoid wait time and service fees. I am glad that I was able to feel the paper though. The reason of the four-star rating is because of pricing of the print services. It's too expensive and there should be a rewards program or some sort to convince me to spend so much on one small project. read more

The workers are rude. They act like you cannot drop off a return package at the counter and get receipt. So they take you like a child to the kiosk that is broken have the time and play teacher rude as can be. If someone stands in line take their package and give them a receipt. Stop treating people poorly. Poor customer service. read more

Came to pick up a package we ordered. Jose was my customer service associate and he was awesome. He was very friendly and helpful and always had a smile. The store itself is very well put together. It is clean and accessible for all printing and copying needs plus they have boxes and envelopes for your mailing and shipping needs. If you want to be talked over and treated shortly by the assistant manager (John) -- this is your place. I sent over three separate emails with my order over the last two weeks with little response. I know the order was received. When I called to check in after significant time had passed... John was short and continually interrupting telling me it was my fault for emailing rather than online ordering. I have emailed for years. No one has ever told me to do otherwise. I finally hung up as I couldn't get a word in otherwise. Would rather they just tell me they don't want the business. Easier that way. read more

I had to come here to get some shipping supplies to send out some scrapbooking stuff I had made for a friend of mine. I had found this location via the website of kinkos, and lucky me, its right in my part of the neighborhood! I believe that this location is 24 hours. They do Fedex stuff, and carry some supplies for your shipping needs, along with copy stuff for anything you may need done. The service here was great. I had talked to a gentleman at the counter, and told him what size shipping envelope I had needed. He walked me over to the shipping area, and said that I could find what I needed here. When I was done, I paid for the item at the counter, which was reasonably priced and saved me a trip to Walmart for the same thing. He was also nice enough to give me a Fedex envelope to use in the envelope to prevent the pages from getting bent up in shipping. I have not made copies or done shipping from this location, only shopped here for supplies and spoke with the associates for assistance. They do seem to have ample stock in standard supplies, and plenty of copiers for anyones needs. Plus, the staff here was pleasant and helpful, which is a bonus for me. read more

I came because my Organization is hosting an event here in Phoenix and we needed last minute flyers to be printed out. We tried the print and go option which worked very quickly and gave me a confirmation code and the assistant manager was able to print out my flyers.. He even offered to fold all of my flyers for my program so that we don't even have to waste time folding them!!! This particular FedEx Office serves its purpose. Beyond that, the employees are friendly and somewhat helpful. I have a discount through my affiliation with the cruise line industry association, so I was able to get self-serve copies for 6 cents instead of 10. That is a pretty darn good discount! On the last visit, one of the self serve machines was out of order. I went to another machine and I was charged for a couple extra copies because the automatic feeder didn't load my document and printed blank pages. I didn't have time to wait for my 12 cents, so I just left. Still, someone should look into that. Overall, I like this place. It is also much cheaper to ship Fedex Ground than to ship UPS Ground. I now avoid the UPS Store in the same parking lot whenever possible (though my Amazon returns have me dropping off packages at least once a month there). Ship and print with confidence! read more

Good sized location and convenient. The store is well-stocked and equipped with everything you need to get a print job done quickly and professionally. However, the staff is incredibly reluctant to help. If you're lucky, they may wave you away toward the direction you need to go while uttering some cryptic instructions; but, until you demand service, you're unlikely to receive any. I wish the management would remind the employees that not everyone is a regular, and that some people are engaging in a new process and may need assistance. And, maybe staff one extra person. Everyone here is so pleasant! I run a small business and have an infant son. When the workers saw me needing a cart to get the boxes with my son in the other hand they offered to go out to my car and help me bring in my boxes. I really like this FedEx location. I have been going here for the past four years! I've always been in sales so I've done a ton of printing, copying, shipping, packing, faxing, etc. I send them print orders all the time and they're always done correctly. The employees are really nice and helpful. Many of them recognize me by now so it's nice to do business in a place where you have that familiarity. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the store itself is sort of stale. They just remodeled the store and it now looks much better. It really needed a face lift. read more

There were 2 associates working tonight and a line of 4-5 people. One associate was assisting a customer with a ridiculous amount of chit chat. At one point I thought I overheard them talking about cats and flags. Although I do appreciate her assisting someone else, she also began to write down step by step on a piece of paper on how to do something in Photoshop, really? What happen to Google or even typing this information out to make things move along faster? She literally stood there for 10 mins writing instructions on a piece of paper! The other associate finished assisting one customer and completely ignored the line, she stayed in her corner with her shipping boxes, I understand the importance of putting these boxes in order so they can be mailed out TOMORROW, but ignoring the line in front of you and NOT even greeting anyone is ridiculous to me. What happen to good old customer service with a smile? These two associates were rude, slow, and ignored the line of customers in front of them. I waited almost 20 minutes to print out my sheets! I tried using their self service printing machine and the usb port was not working. Never coming here again, overall horrid experience! read more
