okay company. terrible customer service. Told me I was transferring to a supervisor and was not. Then this new person hung up on me when I tried to get to the bottom of why my package was not picked up. Terrible customer service. I dread calling here. I do international packages and ship almost daily and I hate hate hate having to deal with customer service. No accountability and awful humans just not caring at all about anyone's issues. My package sat outside all day. It was gifts for refugees and things got ruined. what did fedex do? I travel for work and ship at FedEx locations all over the US. This store by TU is my favorite. The staff does a great job AND are friendly. A lot of cities you get a good job but they aren't that friendly. Part of this is Tulsa but even here this store has a better vibe than some of the other ones in this city. read more

Normally I'm not one to write negatives reviews. Even if I'm not super pumped about a place, I can find SOMEthing good about it. Sadly, I can't do that for my experience at FedEx/Kinko's tonight. So instead, I shall scathe (kindly, I hope). I went in to inquire about a small print job. I honestly don't mind if an employee doesn't know the answer to my question. I really don't, especially if he makes an honest effort to find an answer or asks a supervisor. I do mind, however, if he has a stick up his rear end and pretty much blows me off like I'm not worth helping. I asked Chris (4/6/14, 7pm) about printing using a Dropbox file. Even when we were the only customers in the store, he couldn't have cared less about helping. He pretty vaguely pointed me toward the self service kiosk and, despite my asking pretty specific questions, basically just walked away from me. Huh? So d-baggy. I paid for the prints with my debit card in the machine, had to ask about a receipt (which you have to have printed from a different kiosk), and even then he didn't offer to help with the print job that I very specifically said I was there to spend money on. What? So weird! The whole thing felt sketchy and icky. A few bucks and a really sad panda face later, I walked out empty handed and immediately resolved to use a local print shop. Customer service should be left to people who actually enjoy helping people, not to d-bags with bad attitudes and sticks up their rear ends. read more

Terrible customer service. Have used this location in the past for online orders, and just recently placed a new online order for invitations. Picked up my order and they were printed on the incorrect paper, in the incorrect size. Told the clerk my order must have auto populated incorrectly, bc why would invites be printed on 8x11 school paper, and she refused to help me. $50 lost, and I will never give them my business again. read more

This place is the worst. The staff could care less about why your in the store. They claim to be experts but know nothing about what they are doing. They stood in the back and were on their phones while I stood at the counter and waited and waited. When someone finally helped me they couldn't find the email I had sent. So I waited and waited. Then when they found the email they couldn't print the 2 images I wanted, they need to get an "expert". Followed by more waiting, when the "expert" showed up, she gives me a quote that was 10 times more than what I was quoted when I called the store earlier. All I needed was 2 images printed out. One color, one black and white, they were sized correctly and formatted properly. All they need to do was give me a correct quote and print the images. But I guess that was too much to ask from FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. This place does not deserve nor want your business. read more
