Avoid this place. One staff member (female, name ?, wears a ponytail) is always extremely rude, has a poor attitude, and frankly, seems untrustworthy. I would not make these comments if my experience only occurred once or twice. Everyone has bad days. But I have had at least 3 or more encounters with this person. It is always the same: very negative. I am never returning to this store even though the location is convenient. It does not deserve my business. Best Fed Ex office is on 22nd Street in Oak Brook: highly professional, efficient and friendly service...the opposite of the Willowbrook location. read more

Dear Fed-Ex-- over the past several days I've utilized your store in Willowbrook and I have to commend both Krissy and Dana who have helped me immensely with obtaining copies of documents sent to me via email. While I'm not a novice with computers and email, my new phone was giving me fits! Not only did they patiently assist me and problem solve, they helped me maintain my sense of humor to boot!!! Zero stars. Lousy customer service. I went there to ship a package (which had been shipped to me originally by Fed Ex and was in the original packaging) and was told by the customer service that I couldn't use the existing box but had to use (purchase) one of their boxes... I said that doesn't make any sense, its packaged in the original packaging, delivered to me by FedEx, and was told, "that's our policy". I think this was just made this up to be a pain in the a**, and this unhappy employee was having a bad day and didn't feel like doing their job... Give someone some pathetic power and they make their own rules. I brought the same package to the Fed Ex in Hinsdale and they took it, no questions asked... Never ever go to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center in Willowbrook. They are CLUELESS! I now understand why they get horrible ratings. I handed Giana a flash drive to put in a envelope she first was very rude from the start. Asking what is this and said its a flash drive. i then handed her my company fedex slip with account and she said ok we will charge your company for packaging I requested an envelope and she refused to to it in an envelope. Mind you I having been putting it in an envelope for years with my company and many fedex places. I hope this place goes out of business. Unfortunately, I'm taking the time to provide feedback regarding a very poor customer experience for such a "quality company" as FedEx. After phoning the store for information/instructions to send some files for printing... Gianna the store manager was dismissive and said that a self service printing option was recommended by FEDEX. After going through this procedure before and understanding, there's a modest $2.50 service fee to have them print the documents. I asked again only to be encouraged a second time to use the self service print machines.. I hung up the phone and I drove to the store... attempted to use the self-service , only to find Gianna comfortably sitting down casually chatting with a coworker. She rudely restated that she's supposed to tell customers the preferred manner is to print documents themselves. Finally... her co-worker promptly and politely assisted me and worked through the "email to store - then print documents" process with me. My documents were printed 5 minutes later. Sister I'll be following up with the senior store manager but after reviewing the stores YELP service ratings, it's clear numerous people have experience the same FedEx associates callous behavior. I'd expect this feedback is important to Federal Express. You've got the wrong employee managing your business. She incapable of understanding customer service "with her rude and obstinate attitude" let alone delivering it. Important to understand.... I had a really great experience with a team member by the name of Krystal. Krystal went above & beyond the call of duty to help me with a package & was very informative & taught me a few things today. She was patient, knowledgeable, precise & friendly while remaining professional. I don't know her & so I tried to ask her if she liked Starbucks so that I could reward her & of course, she thanked me but, refused any type of gift other than a simple thank you, while stating that she is just here to help me accomplish my goals in the store. I always am trying to look for ways to be a blessing to people in the customer service industry because my own love language is service & I am used to wowing associates that I come into contact with knowing the challenges that they face on a day to day basis. The worst! Give it zero starts if possible. It's almost as if we are at their mercy to send a package. I have had multiple issues where the staff and manager have been extremely unhelpful, rude and have delayed sending my package. Save your time and get a much better experience at the Bolingbrook location. Each time I have had an issue with this location, the Bolingbrook location 4-5 miles out sent the package with no issues and within minutes. The only reason I keep going back is the "shawarma" shop next to it. Next time just skip the FedEx and try the shawarma at this location. read more

HORRIBLE!!! Please try avoid this particular location as they are REALLY HORRIBLE! After We've dropped ORIGINAL boxes which monitors & computers came in 1 of the staff member didn't like it and she said ,that they need to repack it!!! We couldn't believe what she was saying,since there were original boxes?!?!? So we nicely and kindly asked them if we can leave boxes somewhere where they will be in nobody's way and they refused it and started complaining about everything. very arrogant staff and NOT helpful at ALL!!!!! I would give them zero stars. I have shipped through here a couple of times and this has been the only location where they ask me what it is I am shipping specifically, this is disrespectful. I can understand asking about any hazardous materials i.e batteries etc..but they want to know what it's the box. Unhelpful. I honestly think this FedEx deserves zero stars, but that is not an option. I have never experienced such horrible customer service over and over again. I would go to this location to get things printed out for me many times and every time felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me for every little thing, never trying to help me out or give me a heads up about everything they were going to charge me for. They also made it seem like me coming in to get things printed was so inconvenient for them, even when all they were doing was sitting behind the counter chatting with one another. And when I say "they", I really am only talking about Krystal (who I think is one of the managers). She is one of the rudest people I think I have ever met and very disrespectful to her customers. She should read these reviews and try to make a change in how she treats others and maybe then this location would have more than a 2.8 rating and people would actually want to come back here. But I can say for a fact that after my last experience, I will never come back here because all that woman does is ruin your day instead of doing her job. read more

FedEx Office It's very expensive to get faxing done. usually go to the currency exchange. The fax machine was not working right. They charge a dollar and fedex two plus confirmation another two 2 dollars make an it total $ 10.20 more than currency exchange. Team member name kory H. Had to copys of some sheets to fax. Some were sticking. So I asked for the extra copys he would charge for those if gave the copys to me. He said he was going to shred them and watch him do it. He just put them in a container where they have sent out for shredding. So I don't see it was shredding in front of me. Who knows who receives personal papers maybe .So faxing over there is not a good experience and cost more. read more

Stopped in here to ship something FedEx which I'd never done before. I needed it out ASAP so scheduling a pick up wasn't going to work for me this time. I was shipping to a company that has a FedEx account so I printed off the label online, used their account # for the fees, and voila - ready to send my package off! It was a pretty easy process online. This is the closest center to drop it off so I headed in and asked the first person I saw where I need to drop this off at. She walked me over to the shipping counter. I guess I asked a person who works in the printing area of the shop but she was very nice and helpful. The two ladies behind the shipping counter were very busy with a lot of packages but one lady took my package, checked it in, and handed me my receipt. Everyone I encountered was nice and had a smile on their face while helping me out. I don't think using FedEx on a continual basis will work for me since USPS is super convenient, but when I need to head back here I hope my experience will be just as good as this one was! read more

I walk in and have a seat because I'm going to print directions to chess for the students work with. Long story short I'm distracted and I don't end up attaching the chess directions because I hear a girl say to the assistant manager Kory "Have you ever heard him use the C word because he called me that?" Now I am assuming she was talking about the Center Manager because who else would she be talking about? The assistant manager said "Not really..actually a little but not too much." Bottom line I didn't print off the chess instructions I was just hoping of sending them over and instead printed off a resume instead. UPS next time. read more

This Kinko's really provides great service. I really don't understand the negative reviews. Gianna went above & beyond this morning, making sure everything was filled out correctly to send my package express. The other staff members are also really friendly and helpful. If there is ever a problem with a copier or printer, they are quick to help. I also go to Staples (it's a little closer to my home), but Staples only has one computer for customers to use. Kinkos has three computers, each with a scanner attached. They also have two extra large copiers, fax machines, and self-service lamination machine. I highly recommend this Kinko's location. read more

I sell things on ebay all the time and usually take 1-2 trips a week to ship things. I normally use USPS or the FedEx location by my office but I happened to pass by this one while running errands and decided to stop in and ship something i had sold this morning. The employee asked what I was shipping and I told him a lamp and he said he heard liquid inside and I told him yea it was a lava lamp. He then wanted to open up my package to make sure it was "packed properly" which I assured him I did. He continued to press inspecting my package like he was a government employee because people liked to ship booze. I told him I would go to UPS and left. read more

I took my documents to scan them and the foolish guy scanned my all different documents on single PDF file, as one document. He took $135 freaking dollars for the scanning and he gave me 135 different document in 7 PDF documents. I don't know where his brain is... and he is the store manager who did this.
