UPS gave me a hard time about reusing a box and wanted me to purchase one of theirs so I decided to switch it up and go to FedEx. This is my first time sending a package here and I am absolutely satisfied. Luckily they were forgiving about my reused box. Miguel is so great. Not only was he really knowledgeable and all of the options, but he was very personable, and made extra suggestions on how to handle my package with care. I wish I could leave a compliment on an employee page, but I googled and could not find anything but complaints. It was not very expensive and my package will get there in a timely manner. read more

I love using this FedEx location for printing or using the mailing services. It's across the road from Pizza Hut on 4th Ave. The staff go out of their way to help you, they are awesome! It's also relatively cheap, for the services they offer. read more

Beyond expensive to mail one small package ($60.+ was the price I was quoted and told it would arrive approximately five days later, so not even any expedited shipping... also not guaranteed to arrive then). "Customer service" girl not friendly and didn't seem to care for her job. Ended up going to the post office and spending 1/3 less in shipping cost AND package arrived two days sooner than what was quoted by this Fed Ex location. read more

This location didn't pop up on my Google maps search this time, and all other FedEx locations were showing a closing time of 5. So I gave up on trying to ship. As I was driving to pick up dinner a little while later, I saw this location had lights onand as I parked at it appeared open. I parked right in front of the entrance doors and watched the employee lock the doors and ignore me at 658pm. Not cool. read more

Kudos to Miguel who handled a non-speaking English couple with professionalism at the counter. Thumbs down to the "snowbird" who cut in front of me right after they were done...because "privilege" either color of skin or age?! I took the high road and let it ride...not worth it. AWESOME AWESOME AWESEOME SERVICE!!!!! I called them at 1:30pm to print and cut 1,300 flyers (9,900 total pieces) oh...and I needed it in less than 3 hours. We are new to full time RV-ing and of course we have encountered many challenges. Learning how to function without our home computer and printer has proven to be one obstacle that keeps surfacing. Luckily for us we stumbled upon the kind employees at our neighborhood Fed Ex who practice the utmost patience with all of our seemingly impossible printing needs. It may sound like a little thing BUT it has been a weekly, always changing and frustrating for us test of our sanity.
