Not sure why the negative reviews. The team here was very professional and quick. I brought in 10large boxes and they processed all in under 15min while a steady stream of other customers can thru. The only thing more I could have asked of the service would be cheery smiles, but I'm not holding that against the staff at the end of a long day. Waited all day for our package. Wife was on the porch and watched the driver get out and stick a notice on our gate that we were unavailable, then he drove away. FedEx and UPS have ALWAYS honked, but not this time. Left a tag and drove away without attempting contact. We will never buy from any company that uses FedEx. read more

When the Yuma FedEx office doesn't want to deliver, they simply scan the item as bad address. Then they place a corrected label on it and deliver it another day. You peel off the corrected label and both labels have the exact same address. read more

The package was overnighted. It was important to received this package so I was waiting for the package since 6AM and I had set up the notification to make sure I was aware of everything happening. Then at 11:02AM I received a notification saying that "Customer not available or business closed." Keep in mind that I was waiting with the gate open for them to come in a drop off the package since 6AM but they failed to deliver, Not even a sticky note. The minute I got the notification I jump out to got see if I saw the Fedex truck pull out and it was no where to be seen, So my guess is that the driver didn't even stop by to deliver the package. I don't get how can they charge for overnight and do this sort of thing. Worst delivery service ever. Even USPS is better. Their service is not worth it read more

FedEx Yuma, AZ the absolute WORST! Package was overnight, express shipped from Georgia to Yuma, with signature required, delivery date for Friday, December 28, 2018. Despite having delivered packages to this address multiple times, FedEx decided this was not a valid address and thought it was an apartment complex, and was not delivered. Now need to wait until Monday for delivery, again I stayed at home the entire day awaiting this very important package. I had check the tracking number early morning, and it was on the truck to be delivered. At 4:45 I contacted FedEx requesting an update on my package. I was informed it was back at the station because it was "the driver's Prerogative" to use his/her personal phone to contact the recipient that they were outside a gate for pickup. I have a very large sign posted on my gate to have delivery drivers call A LOCAL NUMBER to notify of a delivery, as the house is set back from the road by 2 acres, with privacy screens, and therefore, I am unable to view a vehicle at the gate. This is shear laziness on the part of FedEx. Now with tomorrow being a Holiday, the earliest I can obtain this package is Wednesday, January 2nd. The Customer Escalation person, named Judy, stated, [when I asked to speak with a Manager], that the best they could do is call and give me "a window of time" that the package should be delivered, but again refused to note that the driver needed to call me. So, apparently, I need to spend all of my Wednesday sitting OUTSIDE OF THE GATE to obtain my package. The only other option was for me to drive 30 minutes to their hub to pick it up myself. Your drivers need to have a cellphone stipend added to their "benefits package" to better serve the customer, this is totally unacceptable and I will be posting this on every social media site I can access! read more
