I dont understand, what happened to FedEx customer service. I worked for them 25 years ago and it was all customer service. I had 3 boxes for one shipment, I received box 2 and box 3 but no box one, when I called the only thing they could do is open a ticket, nobody has ever called me back, finally got an email that said, call the company you bought it from, when I know it was left on the warehouse floor, but you can't get ahold af anyone at the local office you can only call the 800 number. There customers are a second thought now, Fred Smith (would be rolling over in his grave). His motto was always people service profit, hire exceptional people they will provide exceptional service then the company makes profit. Over the last few years that has gone out the door. read more

This is not the first time I've had issues with receiving my packages from them. On top of that you can never get in contact with them. I wish stores let you know which shipping service they use before purchasing so I would have the choice of never having FedEx Belgrade location send stuff to me. read more

Stayed home from work yesterday , to receive this package. I checked the status and it said delayed/ delivery attempted...which was total BS....he didn't bother to try and deliver it. I have to camp out in the front all day to try to get it myself...pure laziness read more

Awesome location, lady behind the counter, I didn't get her name but she was awesome. Had about 30 boxes different weights and sizes to different locations and she went through them with ease. Was definitely one of the best customer service I have received at a FedEx location. Two thumbs up for sure!!! read more

My brother shipped a package via Fed Ex. He paid extra to get it here by June 10th. I used the Fed Ex tracker to tabs on it and it showed it was in town yesterday. We were home all day, we have three dogs that go nuts when they hear a delivery truck and bark their heads off. The package never arrived. Tracker said it was "delayed" How the hell could it be delayed on a truck when their office isn't even five miles away. It won't be delivered until Monday now. No explanation given. IF this had been shipped at regular rate and arrived at the same time I would be ok but, extra money was paid for it to be here Friday. Tried calling Fed Ex and all I could get was a robot. Thanks for nothing Fed Ex. It is Sunday as I type this. Was out on the front porch and the Fed Ex truck drove by. My package is in town but, won't make it till Monday. read more

My new phone sat at the Belgrade Fedex Center for an entire day (which I took off work to sign for the package). It apparently couldn't get delivered to Bozeman in that time frame. The next day, it came BEFORE the scheduled delivery window (which I had also taken off work). VERY POOR SERVICE. DO NOT COUNT ON BELGRADE FEDEX FOR ANYTHING. read more

Likely the worst FedEx location in the Country. NEVER have I received a package delivered as scheduled. They will leave at the location, or on truck for multiple days. And there is no direct phone number to speak with a representative at this location. Nothing but excuses for why deliveries are always late. read more

I have been waiting for my packages that was suppose to arrive Tuesday and it's now Friday - they are stuck in Belgrade. I was told that if the packages didn't come today I have the option to drive to Belgrade Fed-Ex and pick them up myself on Saturday or wait longer. I am sure I won't be refunded my extra shipping costs for the 2nd day shipping. This is so frustrating since these are supplies for my business and there were deadlines. Lack of staffing being the excuse but shouldn't someone contact those of us waiting for our packages? I'll stick with UPS as much as I can and will request the use of UPS to those shipping to me. read more

Ordered a sweatshirt with the $15 extra 1 day shipping... it's been 6 days now and still can't get a valid delivery date due to bad roads, even though it hasn't snowed in the past 4 days. I m not one to complain often but it's disappointing. idk If they had a whole Tom hanks "Cast Away" deal, but that's kinda the only since I can make of it. read more

Ordered flowers for my daughter's graduation but it never arrived in time. Was told it couldn't be delivered due to high winds and they couldn't fly but they are only 40 minutes away. No need to fly. Not the first time I did not receive a package on time. Will never order from a company that uses this service. read more
