Absolutely insane. We've used their notary service several times and have never had problems or been charged so much. Charolette the manager was very rude and decided she needed to charge $10 a sheet to be notarized. Total came to $30!! Absolutely insane. Don't use them for notary if you don't have too! She told my husband that his ex needed to be there to sign when she didn't need to be. She had no clue what she was doing. read more

We were shipping a box to our son when we asked for insurance they asked what it was and they said the can't ship it because it was a scope for a rifle. They said we could send binoculars or a spotting scope but not a scope for a rifle. We went to USPS who shipped it for half the price. We will NEVER go to the UPS Store again. read more

I had a package ready to mail. They took the items and took $50 from me. Two days later they called me and told me they couldn't mail it because one of the items was a nicotine vape. I said "fine them please don't send the package out at all, I will come pick it up. They said fine and that I could come get the package. I go in to pick it up and I am informed by the manager that a new employee sent the package out. Okay, so I asked for a refund. They completely denied me the refund. So they make a mistake but I have to pay for it. I am singularly unimpressed. Very bad customer service. Plus they never answer the phone. And the lines are ridiculous. Use the UPS store in Bozeman. Lindy went above a beyond for me and my husband. We came in with 5 saddles, 2 large framed pictures and several large boxes to ship. This place is pretty cool! They will copy, collate, bind, and do all that while playing a jig. Okay, the jig part is an exaggeration, but they are really courteous and get the job done. They also mail packages as well, but I have not used them much for that. Although, I never heard anyone yelling at the workers so it seems like they can take care of that as well. I have never seen them play basket ball with packages either so I assume they can get your packages to their recipients with everything intact.
