2 weeks in a row I have gotten someone else pkg DUMPED at my house. First one belonged 35 miles away. I called Fed Ex 3 times was told a dif story each time. One was that the truck would be there in 15 min to pick it up. NOT!! Finally told I WOULD HAVE TO DELIVER IT that they could not pick it up WHAT!!! I did I drove 70 miles to take it to the person. No thank you from anyone!! Today another pkg belonging 35 miles away in the same area shows up. NO way to contact Fed Ex hub In El Dorado, AR. I am NOT delivering this pkg. They need to clean house in El Dorado, AR from top tp bottom.!! read more

FedEx has some of the lowest rates for what I am shipping. They treat my parcels well and are pretty quick with their shipping times.

August 2016 .. that's how long it's been since 911 changed our address .. USPS can find us .. UPS can find us ...know who can't?? Yep FedEx !!! read more

One of my son's works for FedEx and I hate to loss faith in this company, however, business is business!! I am a little upset, to say the least, that I have not received a very important package that FedEx tracking system shows was delivered yesterday, Tuesday. Upon receiving the tracking message I checked my front porch and there was no package there. I still have not received it. I am working on a timeline and I do not have time for a "run-around" trying to locate this package. I understand that people do make mistakes, but when one is careful and cares about their job, they will pay attention to what they are doing and try to avoid as many errors as they possibly can. jth read more

FedEx tracking indicated a package (a $200 part for a camper) we were expecting had been delivered and left on the front porch. No package was left on the front porch. Someone had been home all day....in fact, a UPS delivery was delivered and signed for within about 1/2 an hour of the time the FedEx delivery was supposedly dropped on the front porch! FedEx in ElDorado was called to report the package had not been delivered to our address. A driver was sent out to "investigate." He told us "there was no telling which house the other driver left the package at." FedEx was again contacted and they asked for a description of the house. My husband gave them a description. The FedEx person said the driver said that was the house the package was left at and we needed to file a claim. My husband went online and tried to file a claim and was unable to because the sender has some kind of deal with FedEx where he has to be the one to file the claim. We notified the sender and he has emailed us three times showing where FedEx tracking shows the package was delivered. We are frustrated from going around in circles and out $200 for a part we really need! And this is just our CURRENT complaint about the service we've received from FedEx in this area!
