absolutely, the worst customer service ever! The Greenwood Rd., Shreveport location is managed by…read morethe rudest. I'm gonna have to say most racist lady I've ever spoken to in business. Her rudeness was only surpassed by the carrier that brought my package and then laughed at me as she took it back and put on the order that it was refused. She had misunderstood when I her if she could in the future deliver to the front door. She immediately picked up the heavy package and took it back to her truck and told me I could pick it up in Shreveport if I wanted it, which is 45 minutes away from me and I have a broken leg and was in a mobility scooter while she did this. I immediately called the Greenwood Road location and they told me they had read the report and I was banned from getting any future FedEx deliveries because this young lady was afraid for her life! I was then told there would be an investigation opened at my request. I have camera video of her tantrum and then iPhone video of her taking my package and me begging her to bring it back. She's in the report from a that I could pick up later to sending it back to the shipper. I have everything on video and my conversation with the who was an absolute she would not listen. She said she already knew the story because her carrier wrote it down unbelievable.
