He searched the outside of the house and located a place where it could have gained entry. I had expanding foam on hand already, so he recommended I use that to plug the gap. He even took the skin away for me. He was so professional, courteous, and informative. I truly appreciated the quick response. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them. She came over for an evaluation for pricing, even before that gave a ballpark estimate. She showed up on time and communicated really well on when she was heading my way and arriving. She worked hard the whole day!! I could instantly smell the house being 10x cleaner before she even started downstairs! Everything was place back in original spot and she made it look like she was here but not here at the same time! I'm OCD so I get picky about things not being back in their original spot and she definitely took her time making sure if she moved something it went right back. You can see the clean without having to get up close. She took a lot of pride in each step of the cleaning leaving no surface untouched! She made the bathtub that rarely gets used shine! The drain had a reflection on the side of the tub! She's literally not even finished but I just couldn't even wait to post a review that's how awesome of a job she did. My home is over 2,000 sq ft and she has been grinding away all day! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cleaning service! She's super affordable (in my opinion) and really kind.
