We paid Ms. Harris and we left. We were only gone about 10 minutes when the doctor called and advised us to return to the hospital to get the papers signed. I contacted Ms. Harris and she was able to met us back at the hospital and she stayed with us the whole time while we met with the patient. The bathrooms are clean and always stocked. (and the one time they were not I let the staff know and she was RIGHT on it and thanked me rather than acting like it was an inconvenience) Plenty of carts (small and large) tables, stools at tables, seats. Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!! BEWARE!!!!! What you are quoted at time of order is NOT necessarily what you will be charged. I called them to question the increase, and they advised "we quoted you the incorrect price....sorry". Despite my efforts to convince them they should honor the price they quoted me and confirmed in the email, they disregarded my effort. I simply called the credit card company to dispute the added charge of $10.67 which was simply then credited back to my account by the bank. POOR DECISION BY THIS COURIER!!!! I only used this company last Friday and this Monday because our company has an account with this courier company. we are looking for a new courier company to use in the future due to such poor service with late or no deliveries and horrible rude customer service. Last Friday, a female named Erin admitted the courier was going to show up 1 hour after the scheduled pick up time. When I told her them showing up1 hour late would be after our office closed and they needed to show up before our office closed, she flippantly said she would cancel our order for Friday delivery and have it delivered on Monday. A male employee named Todd admitted our order was never placed in their system even though we called and ordered a courier and got a verbal confirmation from a female dispatcher that our package would be picked up at our office and delivered. We ordered a courier today on Monday at 2:19 pm. By 4:30 pm, no courier showed up. I called to find out if anyone was going to show up and pick up and delivery the package today. I ended up being transferred to the same female named Erin who I had a very poor experience with last Friday. She refused to transfer me to talk to a supervisor and she hung up on me when I explained no courier ever showed up that we ordered two hours ago. I called back and spoke to a manager named Daniel. Manager Daniel admitted nobody at their courier company put our order in this system. He offered no reasonable explanation as to why nobody put our order in the system and nobody showed up. He defended the company by saying the courier's don't come from their office in Atlanta which does not explain why they do not have 1 courier in Atlanta that can show up within 2+ hours to an office in Atlanta to deliver a package 1-2 miles away. I asked for the name of the owner of the company and he refused to tell me the name of the owner of the company. if you actually need a letter or package picked up and delivered on time, I do not recommend using this company.
