BEWARE!!!!! What you are quoted at time of order is NOT necessarily what you will be charged. I was quoted $11.33 for a pickup and delivery, and received the email confirmation with this price. However, I was ultimately charged $22.00 on my credit card. I called them to question the increase, and they advised "we quoted you the incorrect price....sorry". Despite my efforts to convince them they should honor the price they quoted me and confirmed in the email, they disregarded my effort. I simply called the credit card company to dispute the added charge of $10.67 which was simply then credited back to my account by the bank. POOR DECISION BY THIS COURIER!!!! I would give a zero star review if I could. This company should not be in the business of being a courier. I only used this company last Friday and this Monday because our company has an account with this courier company. we are looking for a new courier company to use in the future due to such poor service with late or no deliveries and horrible rude customer service. Last Friday, a female named Erin admitted the courier was going to show up 1 hour after the scheduled pick up time. When I told her them showing up1 hour late would be after our office closed and they needed to show up before our office closed, she flippantly said she would cancel our order for Friday delivery and have it delivered on Monday. A male employee named Todd admitted our order was never placed in their system even though we called and ordered a courier and got a verbal confirmation from a female dispatcher that our package would be picked up at our office and delivered. We ordered a courier today on Monday at 2:19 pm. By 4:30 pm, no courier showed up. I called to find out if anyone was going to show up and pick up and delivery the package today. I ended up being transferred to the same female named Erin who I had a very poor experience with last Friday. She refused to transfer me to talk to a supervisor and she hung up on me when I explained no courier ever showed up that we ordered two hours ago. I called back and spoke to a manager named Daniel. Manager Daniel admitted nobody at their courier company put our order in this system. He offered no reasonable explanation as to why nobody put our order in the system and nobody showed up. He defended the company by saying the courier's don't come from their office in Atlanta which does not explain why they do not have 1 courier in Atlanta that can show up within 2+ hours to an office in Atlanta to deliver a package 1-2 miles away. I asked for the name of the owner of the company and he refused to tell me the name of the owner of the company. if you actually need a letter or package picked up and delivered on time, I do not recommend using this company. read more

Terrible, awful, unprofessional. Do not use. I had a pick-up and delivery scheduled online - and even followed up by phone to make sure they had all the information they needed. This was an eBay transaction, and I wanted to make sure the pick-up went smoothly since my reputation and feedback was at stake. But, as it turns out and unbeknownst to me, they don't do eBay transactions. no mention of this on their website or from the associate to whom I spoke. I'd like to see them add this verbiage to their website so I didn't waste my time down this rabbit hole. About two hours before the scheduled pick-up, they called and left a message saying words to the effect of "sorry, we can't do it. good luck." So, I was stuck to reschedule with the eBay seller and I had to go pick it up myself. Epic fail. read more

At one time I could recommend them but not any more. Bad customer service. Billing Dept rude. You CAN NOT get refunds only credits for next time due to monies going through Paypal. I did not authorize payment through Paypal. I know how Paypal works. There WILL NOT be a next time. Direct service (quickest and most expensive) took 3 hours. If you can not deliver within the time you are contracted you should be upfront about it. Change your website. Call you customers. This service has made me look like a Champion...OVER AND OVER AND OVER again! I use them about 3 -4 times a month. They have NEVER let me down! Recently, when they went to do a pick up, the package was gone already...they called me, stayed on the phone with me and made sure that I didn't need them. I used to use AQuick exclusively. I have legal documents couriered to downtown Atlanta to the different Courts of Appeals, and Federal Court. Once, they did not even deliver the day they were supposed to. Needless to say, the attorney and the client ditched me for AQuick's mistake. They apologized and refunded to me. I continued to use them. Then a couple of weeks ago, I had set up for the package to be picked up by noon and be delivered within 2.5 hours. They picked up the package at after 1:30 and I asked the guy if he was still going to get it there by 2:30. He said yes. I found out that he barely made it there before 4 PM when the clerk's office is closing. No more... They did not even give me a decent apology. I don't know what happened to them. They used to be very prompt. I guess as business picks up, they just don't care any more. read more

i have used this courier service for several years and they've always done a spectular job. i love the simple online process to have a package picked-up & delivered with all kinds of options that make them an extraordinarily economical courier & 100% reliable. Recently, while my home was undergoing some renovations, i was unable to print out the shipping label. One quick phone call later, they were on their way to my home & completed the delivery with no issue at all. They originally quoted us $33 for a service and they ultimately charged us $90. One of the main reasons was because we ordered "a" copy of a document and the manager wrote down "8" copies. When I called to fix it it they said law firms frequently try to ripe off their couriers... I dont know which law firms they've worked with in the past but I consider that an insult to my integrity. Then they said if I wanted to discuss the problem I should talk to the manager...who has never called me back. The actual courier we used was great. I had an urgent situation wherein I needed a cake to be picked up and delivered within a few hours due to an unforeseen change in plans. Being in another state this had me in a panic. I called and spoke to Todd who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and more than patient (since I was the middle man that was relaying on texts from another person to get the information Todd needed). I was put at easy quickly and felt comfortable with courier service that would be provided. The cake was picked up and delivered on time!!
