This package was a gift card for a good bit of money so they fedexed it so it would be SAFE, LOLOLOL. See the picture to see how SAFE it was. My last delivery was THROWN into a concrete planter full of beautiful flowers. The planter was ATTACHED to my great big wide steps (4) that were ATTACHED to my porch with an ATTACHED smaller porch. ALL protected from the weather! But where did they throw it, I'm almost SURE from out in the yard instead of taking 6 footsteps to the actual porch?!? My concrete planter full of flowers. I had a pre-printed label and had package ready for dropping off. All went well, no complaints from me.

Stopped here this morning (7/19/21) to drop off a return labeled package. I was greeting when I walked in and dropped of my package and got a receipt. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to come to this location after visiting a "Fed Ex wanna be" place that was 5 minutes from my house but the associate there was extremely rude and insisted a photo of my label was all that was needed as a receipt. Nope. I needed a receipt to prove I dropped it off in case the receiver never got it. I'll never return to that place again. But this location was very nice and friendly and I'll drop off packages here in the future. read more

Completely unreasonable rates!! I sent an ENVELOPE, went to fed ex so I could try to have it sent sooner than USPS and the rates were $75 and the next day $50. My package will now be arriving days after I needed it to arrive for $28 because I couldn't afford the rates. Since when has this been the cost to send a freaking envelope! And to add insult to injury, I mentioned it was a gift and the man behind the counter just THREW my package into a bin right in front of me. You clearly don't care at all about customers! -0 stars for me! There was an older woman there who was very kind but overall just a bad experience! Shame. read more

I ordered a pretty big item from Walmart, a futon to be exact. I was suppose to receive it Wednesday, September 29. It's now Saturday, October 2. The item has been sitting in this facility since the 28th and regardless of the size of the item they even failed to change the arrival date to the next day. I had to call the store department to tell them it was suppose to arrive 3 days prior from today. All they did was send them a message saying that the package has to arrive as soon as possible. Fedex continues to be the worst shipping company, every time I order something and it ships through them I always expect something to go wrong and it does. read more

Driver claimed to have knocked on my door to deliver two packages. I was home at the time and no one knocked on my door. I also have a camera pointed at my front door, so there is even more proof that the driver did not try to deliver my packages. Driver delivered to apartment complex management building instead (where he claimed to have knocked on my door). This resulted in me having to carry two heavy packages up to my third floor apartment. I understand nobody wants to carry and deliver packages up to the third floor, but it is in their job description to be able to do that. read more

Very poor service. Expected a delivery today (Friday). Estimated timeframe of 12:45 - 4:30. An "indirect signature" required. I printed off the required form, signed, and taped to my door. I work two miles from my home so once I received notification of delivery, I was going to run home and put package in the house. Never received a text notification (as registered for). Go online about 5:00 to track package and see "delivery exception" that noted "customer not available". The signed FedEx document was clearly visible on my door (still there when I got home). Called customer service, spoke with three different people and got nowhere. FB page shows hundreds of complaints. Don't know how they stay in business. read more

Would love to give zero stars but yelp does not allow this option. I am a single female that just moved to the area. I ordered a dresser from target with the door to door delivery service. I understood debris removal or set up was not included. Needless to say I live on the 2nd floor of Sterling Pelham apartments hence the importance of door to door delivery. The box was left at the bottom of the stairs no where near a door. Spoke to two representatives (Fernando was one). I took photos of the box and its specific placement. I even tried to get it up the steps myself. The driver/delivery person falsified their report stating it was left by the door. I was informed that a manager would contact me within two hours and that timeframe ended at 7pm eastern on 06/09/15. I informed the urgency to have the delivery completed before the thunder storm. At 6:45pm it rained so now the box/dresser is drenched. This item needs to be removed and I compensated. This is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I will do my best to warn individuals of this work ethic and lack of concern to follow through with the expectations set prior to purchase/delivery. read more

The driver got lost on the first day. I called and gave directions. I also left number I could be reached at so the driver could call me. Day 2 no sign of driver and no call. This is par for the course with Fed Ex. They have lost a package of mine, delivered one to wrong house, they had to go back and get it and now they claim they can't find this address. Called customer service for a third time and the lady said it's up to the driver if he calls me. So what she really said is it is up to driver if he wants to do his job. Piedmont SC needs a new Fed Ex driver. I will make sure I pay attention to whom places use to ship and if it is Fed Ex I will not purchase from them unless I can pick item up. read more

I've read the reviews from other customers with complaints about delivery services. I am a local business owner and I use this location to drop off packages of merchandise being shipped to buyers. By using FedEx online, I can complete my entire shipping responsibility from my business office, except for dropping off. When I arrive at this Ship Center, I simply take my packages inside, leave them on the counter, and go about my business. No hassles, no rejection of shipping boxes, no complaints, unlike my experiences at the FedEx Print and Ship location at 550 Wood Lake Road in Greenville, near Haywood Mall. I have left feedback for that location, which provides the worst customer service in the upstate. It is unfortunate for FedEx that the Wood Lake Road location is not more like the Ship Center on Mauldin Road. read more
