After watering down 1 gallon of stain to apply a skim coat to portions of the exterior, while also leaving other areas completely untouched, they left the job after only a couple hours on site. We were then told via text that it would require a second coat and that it would cost an additional $300. We are now completing the project ourselves and can see that they practically didn't do anything besides pressure washing, which ultimately left our playset unprotected and in worse condition than had they never been here. In addition, we were left with missing hardware and an improperly returned safety net around our suspension bridge.
