I found a model that I was interested in, but I had questions about it. I could not see the optical drive, although the description said it had one, for example. Errored enough to see if I needed help and answer my questions. I had money in my pocket, and I need a computer. Today. I am a composer, and my livelihood depends on it. This is only the most recent incident I have had with this location.
