My package was delivered to the wrong address and they have the nerve to take a photo as proof of delivery.....or not delivered. FedEx is garbage and needs to go out of business. I have talked to customer service and got nothing but frustration for my trouble. I told them I live in an apartment....not a travel trailer. Thats where they left my package and so I'm at a loss about the situation. Avoid FedEx at all cost because they dont care about your package or yourself. Use the USPS and they will find you. Terrible service. The driver is too lazy to deliver packages to the door and leaves them out front by the road. We ever put a sign out there asking them not to leave packages there and to deliver to door. I guess they can't read also!!!! Use U.P.S. read more

You can never get a local number to discuss about your packages. When you go to local station, they always say just call us. When you call you get some overseas call center and they can't understand you. read more

Just like several people have already commented they keep changing the delivery time. Fed ex overall is the worst delivery service ever!!! My customer shipped me some documents overnight on September 1 here it is September 8th not received yet. Each day for the last 7 days it says on the truck for delivery at the end of the day it changes to delivery tomorrow. This cycle keep repeating itself every day. The sad part is you can't call the actual center responsible for the delivery! when I call the FedEx number, I get someone from India that can't understand, nor do I understand them and of course this worsen the situation! read more

I paid for expedited shipping for my package to be at my residence on Wednesday 28th of December. The updates were incorrect and eventually my package was delayed. I called customer service twice and was given three different stories by 3 different people. I will never use Fedex again. Also they refused to transfer me to a manager. read more

We ordered a 60" tv from Walmart that was to be delivered on Tuesday but it arrived Saturday. The driver left it UNATTENDED at my door. No knock, no signature required, just left it!!!! What the hell, FedEx!?!!? This is wrong on so many levels. If my nephew had not been home, I would have lost my paid for tv. FedEx, would you have replaced it????? Bet not. lol they just change their delivery estimation as they go. mine was for friday by end of the day, next day it said tuesday by 12, at 12 it changed to tuesday by end of the day. it's midday now so we will see how it goes. read more
