I ordered a watch that needed to be signed for at delivery. I did not receive my watch. I contacted Louisville CO fedex to let them know immediately that it was delivered to the wrong person and obviously was not signed by anyone in our household because the name did not match the package. They said they would look into it. Fedex never fixed the problem or contacted me back after the first day when I said "just check the GPS." Apparently you can just steal people's packages and continue to have your job at this location with zero consequences. Do better FedEx. Karma sucks. read more

Terrible Experience, Don't Use This Facility. Sent a simple, black and white document via email AFTER calling to ask what I needed to do if I sent it via email. I did everything I was told. Simple, black and white copies of a document. Came in to pick them up and was berated for 20 minutes while I waited for them to be printed. I was told that that 'no one had time to check the email', I 'came at a terrible time of day', (was actually told this 3 times and told I shouldn't come in there at that time anymore), I 'shouldn't have created the documents on a Mac' (which I didn't), I 'should have sent a pdf because word documents never print correctly' and I 'should have included my phone number so they could call me about the document'. Okay, it was a simple black and white form, I called ahead to ask specifically what to do, I was not told any of these things, I was not told not to come at 4pm, and also...why wouldn't you just email me back to say those things if you didn't have a phone number? THEN I was told that there was an additional surcharge, also not mentioned on the phone, that brought the cost of BLACK AND WHITE COPIES to $0.68 per page. Guess what? I've done this at UPS dozens of times, never had a problem, was charged HALF OF THAT, and was never berated as though me coming in there was a huge problem. UPS...you just got a customer for life. FedEx? If there is a way to never use you again, I won't. read more

Terrible customer service and consistently lying about trying to deliver a package. Fedex has lost my business. The delivery service from this location was horrible. I had paid a LOT of money for 2-day delivery on a critical package for work, and a Fedex delivery person LIED 3 times about trying to deliver it but "nobody was available to sign". NOT ONCE did they try to deliver this critical package-- the address was correct. For days, I stayed home and waited all day and evening, my doorbell video showed nobody stopped by, and there was never a "missed delivery" doortag-- but "nobody was available to sign". I called Fedex multiple times to follow-up after each lie, and was always told "so sorry, and I promise it will be delivered tomorrow". Nope, didn't happen. To add insult to injury, if I hadn't called again to follow up, Fedex was going to return my package to sender for 3 "no recipient available" delivery attempts. I finally had them reroute it to a pickup location-- which took a long time-- and finally got my "2 day delivery" on day 12. Fedex driver shows up at my house bangs on my door and leaves a note for a (Receiver Signature). I pull up into my garage and the FedEx truck is two houses from mine. He saw me. Sits in his truck for 15 minutes then leaves. Moments later I find the door tag. I go looking for him, no luck. I call FedEx customer service. I get a woman in the Philippines. She says I should stay home and we will get the driver to deliver same day second attempt before 8:00pm. 7:30 pm no Fedex and my day is WASTED. I call FedEx customer service and they don't care. I spoke to a person who could hardly speak English. It got escalated to somebody in South America. The escalation desk person was a woman who could barely speak English and in the background I heard roosters, chickens and a dog barking. I used to think of Federal Express as a first rate cutting edge company. However, The driver could care less about seeing me and delivering a FedEx package. Plus my cameras caught him beating on my door as if he was a drunk attempting to break into a bar. However it really isn't the drivers fault. This falls squarely on the shoulders of the facility manager of the Louisville, Colorado, FedEx facility who trained the driver and except this as his standard. I could just imagine what he looks like and his business ethics,morals and values. At this point the US Postal Service followed by Amazon is a tighter running ship than FedEx. The only reason why I yelped this is because FedEx customer service, their escalation desk and the corporation do not give a damn about the individual customer or the large corporation that is attempting to ship this package to me. Federal Express experience. Grade (F) I know what I am saying because I was in the cargo business at UPS and Air Born Express. If we missed you and you called, we would make a second delivery to you that same day because UPS cares about your time and values you as a customer. Federal express has a new mission statement. " At Federal Express, we strive just hard enough to make every other Parcel service company look better than us. By the way, we at Federal express have added onto our Mission Statement. Vision: To make certain our customers think twice about Utilizing Fedex as a cargo company. Mission: Disappoint every customer who attempts to utilize Fedex as a parcel company. Values: Making our customers who utilize Fedex as topnotch company feel thoroughly disappointed and defeated. Great job FedEx, you have implemented your new business strategy! P.S. This place was great until recently. They have a young kid working up front who has no clue what he is doing with dangerous goods. The kid kept referencing a video that he watched as policy versus sharing FedEx's new policies on shipping lithium batteries. The Manager also seems confused. In the end wasted an hour of my time and they refuse to take dangerous goods unless it's pre-labeled...I always declare DG....and will continue to do so but see why people don't declare Dangerous goods since the front office can't assist and is so confused on what and how to ship DG. read more

Overnight delivery of envelope 1/7 to 1/8. It got to the facility and on a truck but they never attempted delivery. This has continued - today now being 1/11. I've called 3 times. Each time they apologize and tell me 'all hands on deck' and out for delivery yet same story each time and nobody can be reached. Such a joke. I was even told to 'keep the line open' for them to contact me to follow-up. It's a cell phone and NOT once have they followed up. Poor customer service, poor delivery estimations, poor communications. Taking advantage of 'overnight' services when regular mail would have been faster with tracking!!! I will now stop shopping at businesses that use FedEx shipping. I have had nothing but problems getting shipments delivered in a timely manner for the last several years now. Calling customer service just connects you to a call center in another country, of which they will not provide any sort of help. My most recent experience is with a FedEx EXPRESS shipment, the package arrived at the local destination facility in Littleton, CO and there it sits for 5 days before they will even attempt delivery, yet they have fraudulent information on the website stating that a delivery attempt was made, yet it was checked back in 3 minutes later at the same Louisville, CO location. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had, and again will not shop at businesses that ship-via FedEx anymore. read more

Same tracking number was created and said it would be delivered Tuesday , didn't happen . Have a case Id open and ship center still hasn't contacted me . I was in one of those classic "gotta make the shipment time" rushes and showed up 1 minute late to find the office closed. But someone walked into the lobby and saw me and I PLEADED for them to take the package. She was so full of humor and kindness that I was just humbled by the entire experience. She had worked for Fed-Ex for 20 years, her name was Alla and she made my week by showing me such great largess. Terrible. Will not porch or leave packages with my neighbor. Call center acts confused about leaving packages with neighbor. unable to get clear communication from them. Lots of menus that you have to click through when calling on the phone, took a few minutes to talk to a live person. Took over 8 minutes to just ask them to leave it with a neighbor. read more

I ship many small packages, and sometimes big ones. Once in a while, my bike. I trust FedEx with my stuff, they've lost a package once, out of thousands. Everytime I come in here, the staff is friendly and helpful. More than once they've helped me find a cheaper way to ship something, even though I get a ginormous discount. (I was serious about the "thousands" of packages). I've never been disappointed. And, free boxes! And an iPhone app for tracking your shipments! read more

I wish I was able to give them a half-an-star! This is not the first time that we had issues with their deliveries to our business. Based on their website, our package was received at their facility at 7:47 AM, was supposed to have been delivered to our business by 4:30 PM the same day. After several phone calls, they said that the package will be delivered on the same day and by 4:30 PM. Then, they said that they made "a delivery attempt at 04:57 PM". This is a business that is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and we are still open at 6:07 PM now. We called them again, and they said that as a matter of fact our package never left the facility and it is still there and will be delivered the next day! They falsified their website to meet their daily quota! This is not how we do business. Very disappointed customer. read more

After reading some of these reviews, I have to respond. I have used this location for my hold for pickup for over 10 years and have had a very few mistakes that could be placed at the feet of Fed Ex. And what shows more character is the way that Craig, Raul and the rest of the staff kill themselves to resolve matters!
