I am only putting a star because there isn't a way to put a Zero star and also because the manager of this store was also very professional when I spoke to him in person about this case. I was supposed to receive a package worth approximately $200 that was counted as delivered at 0959 on Wednesday January 6th of 2021. Since Fedex does not provide pictures or documentation of their delivery of packages, it is absolutely impossible to determine whether or not my package was delivered. I would have attributed my missing package to door step theft, if I had not been receiving over 20 packages in the past 1-2 months without incidence. This is the first time, my package has gone "missing" especially at such a high value. I went to the store on that 6th after work around 5pm to inquire about my package because it wasn't where the delivery personnel stated that she delivered at. Like i mentioned earlier, the gentleman who is also the manager of the store I believe his name is Clayton O. was very professional. I filed a claim with FedEX. A process that I don't even have the energy to re-count. Still pending. Also, getting a representative on the phone to help you if it isn't about billing is just a nightmare. So just a heads up, if you need to speak to a representative, just select billing. I will not be buying from any vendor that uses FedEX especially in this town (Marion, IL). read more

Bad enough that one can't just call and talk to someone in Marion about local issues, but when you do reach someone and have a nice conversation nothing is done. The problem just repeats itself. 3 cases of wine, signature required, dropped on my porch (one case broken and glass all over) but no signature ever requested. Another package (valued over $200) they say they delivered but it did not arrive. Someone is always home. I have dogs. If someone rings my bell it is recorded on security cameras and the dogs sound the alert. I will no longer be doing business with any company that only uses FEDEX as their shipping option. I feel my last package was just destroyed because I complained about alcohol being left in a neighborhood full of children. How would the driver know anyone was home of legal age? read more

Marion Fed Ex employees always greet me with a friendly greeting and smile and very helpful. The Center is very conveniently located.

Package was supposed to be overnighted. Paid $29 to have it overnighted. Five days later....still not here. Marion Fedex DOESN'T have a direct line you can call to talk to the Marion distribution center....I had to struggle to get a hold of them through the 800 number to ask them to hold the pkg there so I could pick it up myself. After thirty minutes of trying to get through....it was too late because they had already loaded it on the truck. So it has been on the truck for five hours now....I'm less than twenty miles from FedEx. How about getting a direct line or at least an opt-in on your recording that directs the call to the Marion store? So frustrating. UPS is so much more reliable and customer friendly. read more
