FedEx is the absolute most inept shipping provider. I work at a company that outsources some of our products. We had an order coming from Wisconsin, which was due to our customer by 4/24/26. The company shipped the products on 4/20. A week is plenty of time to get a package from WI to OH, right? WRONG! First the two boxes were misdelivered on 4/22 after business hours. Then FedEx proceeds to attempt delivery Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, also AFTER business hours! No notice was left so we could ask to pick up the delivery, or even to let us know of attempted delivery. We would have gladly picked up these packages if we had been given the opportunity. But wouldn't you think a delivery driver should attempt delivery to a business during BUSINESS HOURS?? Now FedEx shows 1 of the 2 packages as "Delivered" and the other has been rerouted to Independence, Kentucky!! I opened a claim over the phone to trace the packages on Friday, 4/24. The only response we got from FedEx were two emails saying "Our research is currently in progress. If you have located your package, please click here. If you have not located your package by (4/27/2026 3:19:00 PM), please contact your shipper and advise of the situation so they can further assist. " So FedEx seems to be throwing this situation back on the shipper, which it is clearly not their problem. I had the shipper also reach out to FedEx. She described her experience with customer service as "like talking to plants". We have ended up having to reorder the items to be overnighted via UPS, and have lost over $200 on the order. FedEx Ship Center - Tracking Updates Show Lack of Any Care - Shipping Centers Near Me - Miamisburg, Ohio

I ordered a package of 6 Spools for Life from Worx. They shipped the package by FedEx. I followed the tracking number and was told the package was on 'Emmitts' truck and 'out for delivery' on Sunday the 19th of April. Well, here is, the 26th of April, Sunday and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE. Horrible service. Can't get a live person to talk to even asking for Representative. Their AI nonsense phone robot keeps asking for the tracking number and when I give it, it just says, 'it is out for delivery, that is all the info we have'. No one is looking for the package with their OWN EYES, just relying on a robot. Is Emmitt just driving around the Cincinnati metropolitan area for a week with my package on his truck and NOT delivering it. What BS. I would never use FedEx and I'm not happy with Worx either. They just have their 'Chat' robots and assistants who won't do anything either. Terrible , Horrible service from BOTH companies. There was no reason to ship a 1 lb. (at most) package of '6 FREE spools for life' for over $10.00 by FedEx. Could have done it by USPS for a lot less money, I think. read more

so annoying. I bought a car seat that I NEED for my child. it was meant to be delivered Monday, but wasn't out for delivery till Tuesday then randomly at 5pm there was an issue with my address?? so I checked. nope right adress and its a house so there are no spec instructions. the next day it was out for delivery but there was a random delay. Thursday out for delivery! two fedex trucks drove my entire neighborhood but no package. it's now Friday. come on. my house is also like 5 mins away from their delivery center so I'm not sure what the deal is. pretty frustrating Photo Update: I called this morning asking when it will be here. I have been excited for a delivery that must be signed for. when i noticed they were parked in front of my house, I stepped out on the porch and watched them sit there before they up and drove off.. the. I got a message saying they attempted delivery and to check my door tag for info, THERE WAS NO DOOR TAG and it makes sense because there were 3 people in the home that would've absolutely heard a knock and there was none. they lied within their delivery app saying they attempted the delivery and drove off after I had already noticed them by my house and stood on the porch so they could see me. what is it with these delivery services not doing their jobs correctly or even with the slightest integrity?? read more

The driver not only didn't put my package anywhere near my door it was just tossed over my fence. The box broke open the driver even took a picture of it. My one bag of dog food busted open and spilled everywhere I lost a bag of food because of this extremely unprofessional driver. I tried to file a complaint with FedEx and they conveniently are having issues fililing a complaint. The fact that FedEx approves of this kind of treatment of packages is very upsetting. The driver on my route shouldn't be allowed to deliver the driver clearly has no respect for other people's property. I took pictures of the box the busted bag of food as well for proof and since the drivers confirmation photo shows it busted open just adds to the ignorance of FedEx. read more

Shipped golf clubs from Texas. Has been in Miamisburg location since yesterday. Have stayed home for 48 hours since must be signed for. Said they came yesterday but was home all day and they did not. Miamisburg, OH Fed Ex is lousy, I'd give zero stars if I could. It has ignorant drivers who don't follow delivery instructions: "Ok to Leave package in the lobby". Nope, if the Miamisburg driver doesn't have the code for the security door (some have it, some don't, esp new drivers ), they say the pkg was undeliverable and will attempt delivery next day.Of course there is no way to contact the Miamisburg FedEx place directly. If I'm lucky it'll be a different driver the next day who will either leave the pkg in the lobby as the delivery instructions say or who'll get in through the security door and bring it to my apt. If your need something else go to a location that caters to non-self sufficient people. This location has long hours for pickup and drop off.
