They are expensive & it was difficult to confirm if I had a taxi or not before they dispatched one…read moreto me. However, I was requesting a taxi to pick up at Gorge amphitheater around 4 am. I'm still grateful that I was able to be picked up at around 530 am. Their card was given to me from a Gorge employee. RATES My ride was about $200 & they had me pre-pay over the phone. Moses Lake Taxi service is based 30 min away from the Gorge. So keep this in mind for why they set their prices high. They also know there aren't many taxi services open & Ubers/Lyfts are unreliable & they take advantage of this when setting their rates. It is pretty steep & even $100 for a 10 min ride with no traffic is expensive, but they have the right to set their rates as they see fit. DISPATCH CALL Dispatch caller did secure my driver & I think she successfully got a driver to come in earlier. Thank you! I wasn't sure if she was just feeling me out to make sure I was a serious request before dispatching a driver. I was confused during my dispatch conversation. I asked what would be my driver's eta. She started with I have one driver going out & another coming in, but that one might go to pick someone else etc and that it could take one to 2 hours but she doesn't know when next driver is coming and I was confused if she actually dispatched a driver or if one was available. I think it would've been helpful for her to just say that is early morning, so taxis are dispatched on driver availability even though they are 24/7 service which can be a 1 to 2 hr wait and that they will call me back. Eventually Moses Lake did secure a driver & a taxi was dispatched to me. Again, I understand that it's based on driver availability and I'm happy that they did dispatch a ride to me! THE RIDE Driver called me & picked me up as promised. Calm, quick ride back to hotel. I believe the car had Moses Lake taxi on it. It would be nice if the company provided the driver a vehicle that didn't have a window crack or was newer, but a ride is better than being stuck in the cold lol. I'm not expecting a Benz but for $200 ride they should make repairs as necessary. Also, we/our driver gave a raver a lift back to gold camp out of good will. FINAL THOUGHTS If you are stuck in a bind, Moses Taxi can pick you up from the Gorge. It was difficult securing one, but I am confident they will come through. At 3-6am is is very UNLIKELY you'll find an Uber/Lyft and I think they are the only taxi company open. If you are going to the Gorge, I suggest you find a private driver or rent a car. You can also try calling Moses Lake taxi to arrange a pre-book ride to Gorge but it might be expensive.

I drive truck and have zero accidents on my record. The owner won't contact me now and is saying that it is me who is at fault. Google reviews are also mentioning this same type of behavior from the company. Careful out there.

What a mess of a "mail n more" place. The "CEO" Teresa came out with an attitude from hell and was…read morebad mouthing us to another customer in close promixity of my niece after we asked for an itemized receipt of a $113 total --- understandably so, any customer would question a total that high for some copies, a scan and two certified mail letters. After I mentioned she was being overly aggressive, she insisted she was not while still behaving insanely rude. The poor staff member she had was unable to handle the tasks herself and was improperly trained so made mistakes although she was trying her best to be kind through the entire interaction. I am appalled at the customer service and even the attire of someone whom claims to be the CEO. This place is an absolute joke; unprofessional and disgusting customer service with zero etiquette. My mother has frequented this place and I have advised her on many occasions to handle her copy, print and mailing needs here. However, after the way we were treated today, we will never return and make sure we alert the community of the behavior and unprofessionalism. TIP: FEDEX, UPS and USPS will be WAY cheaper and friendlier. Mailing costs alone will be at least 33% less and you will just need to print out at staples or actual UPS store (wish I had known this sooner).
