The woman I talked to said leave it by can and they won't charge me for a couple extra bags. I would hope not since they were suppose to pick it up but didn't. When the garbage truck came, the driver left a note on my can saying it was completely his fault and he was sorry. The woman who answers their phones was not about to admit wrong doing. While talking to the manager, I mentioned I tried a capacitor that was a different size which didn't work so I figured I needed to buy the right size and asked her if that could have been the problem with the one I had bought. She said the size shouldn't matter and that there was something else wrong with the heat pump, and that she could have a technician come to our house later this morning. The technician arrived, replaced our compactor which took approximately 5 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes to make sure it continued to work. This $55 capacitor which my husband had intended to purchase ended up costing us over $400 for a 5 minute job. What a rip off!!!!
