    I am not sure if this is the Fed Ex that delivers to my 89156 area. All I know is that the Fed Ex driver showed up and gave me a package I ordered and looked in back for the other package and came back and said I don't see it, it's not there someone else will bring it" he placed a small white sticker on metal above drivers seat and drove off. Communication was limited with language barrier and the fact he was talking to someone else the entire time. I put in claim, how hard is it for driver to go pick up my package and return to me? I started Christmas shopping for kids and this sure was a bad thing. The extra insult is that FedEx closed the claim without bringing my package to me and just blowing me off. Customers need to trust that our package will be delivered to the correct address!

    Within the last five days my husband and I have had to file claims with three different companies because fed ex did not deliver our packages to our home. The company I spoke to this morning said the photo they took to prove they delivered was against that companies protocol bc all the driver did was take a pic of the box. Did not show the house it was delivered to. these photos are for the driver to say look I delivered. Ot look I delivered correctly. I am going to start being much more diligent and if a company uses FedEX I'll find a different company to order from. Shame on FedEx.

    Cards were ruined

    I ordered baseball cards and they were delivered by fed ex. Box was smashed and the cards were bent and ruined. I didn't complain before when they delivered my packages to the wrong location but I'm tired of this horrible service

    How fedex Delivered my package. Horrible service they just throw are packages and kick boxes around. Please hire better employees and train them to handle are packages with care. We are paying for are things to be Delivered but not like this.

From start to finish Chris and his family helped explain cost and everything else. One of the items that needed to be sent was about 100 years old (found that out from my family after I had shipped it) and it was packaged so well when it arrived with the other items. To give some clarity on its journey, I had 2 chairs, a 100-year-old tea set and some fragile wall oddly shaped art that all went on one pallet. The pallet according to the tracking was transferred about 6 times on other trucks to make it here so it was bumped around countless times in terminals being loaded and unloaded. All arrived with 0 scratches, dents and fully intact. No better feeling then unpacking everything and seeing it in the condition I sent it in.

Called on…read morea Thursday to place a small B2B order, went through 3 employees that didn't know what was going on, finally the owner got on the phone and took my business card number to submit payment, and I was told I would get a call Friday when the boxes came in to pick up and get my invoice. Friday came and went and I never got a call. I called Monday of the following week and was told I could pick up the boxes. I arrive only to find out that my boxes were never ordered and payment was never taken. The irresponsible owner wrote down my business card number on a piece of paper and apparently lost it. They acted like it was no big deal, were very unprofessional and rude. Do with this message what you will..

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We moved from Las Vegas to South Carolina and did a ton of research on other…read moremoving companies before deciding on Eco Movers LV. Their price was in the middle of the two other companies we narrowed it down too but we decided to do Eco Movers due to our initial reaction of getting quotes and questions answered. They were very responsive and I could tell they were not trying to hit you over the head with hidden fees or additional costs like some of the other companies. Everything they quoted was a set price with no fluctuations. We booked everything a few months in advance to be proactive but Leury and his team made sure to check in with us before moving day. He came by and did a walk through of our 3 bed/2 story home to make sure he and his team had what they needed. The only thing I wasn't expecting was to pay for the blankets used for wrapping, but I take responsibility for that as Leury was not aware that our belongings would be staying in storage, and did not want to remove the blankets so our stuff wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and had no issues paying the extra for that. The guys that arrived to pack our stuff were so nice. We had about 3 guys show up and they did their thing. They made sure to point out any of our furniture that had previous dings or cracks and took pictures for reference. They were super quick and efficient and wrapped our fragile and heavy furniture. We did the packing ourselves and only hired them to move so we appreciated them wrapping things as part of their service. After they were done we were given an estimated time of arrival for our items and as always, they stayed in communication with us along the way. They gave us daily updates of where our load was on the journey. We had someone else be there for when our load arrived and they let us know everything went smoothly! I love how thorough the whole Eco Movers team was. I always felt like my things were safe and taken care of. We also had 2 Jeeps that needed transporting and Leury and his team recommended us to their partner Mark who was equally honest and reliable. They also quoted us fixed quotes without any hidden fees, and stayed in constant communication with us. We met our driver (Enrique) across the street from our neighborhood to drop off our cars. I would note that they need space to unload some cars to put yours on, so meeting them in a more feasible location may be a thing. Thankfully we had a big lot across from our neighborhood so we just walked back after our cars were dropped off. The company used was Onway Logistics. I appreciated them providing a tracking link so you can track your cars along the way. They arrived a day before schedule and we also had someone pick the cars up for us and everything went smoothly. Overall we paid about $11.5k for the whole move. The cars were $1850 a piece and the household move came in around $7800. Again, we had quotes higher and lower than Eco Movers but felt more comfortable paying a bit more for quality service. We highly recommend Eco Movers if it's in your budget, and will keep recommending them to anyone who asks! Huge shout out to Elsa for staying in constant communication with us and being such a pleasure to work with on Leury's team. And a huge shout out to our handy movers Hunter, Jonathan, and Lee for loading our things and having fun while doing it! And Enrique for getting our vehicles there safely! First and foremost, we had to get on a FaceTime call with the snakiest salesman I've ever dealt with. I'm talking used car lot snakey. He had us walk through our entire 4-bedroom house so he could give us a quote. Not only did he throw out some ridiculous number, but the second I said it was too expensive, he immediately dropped the price. That alone tells me the original quote wasn't real. It also made me think he's working on commission. Come to find out, after watching us walk through every single room of our house, he somehow wrote us down as a 1 bedroom, 1 office apartment. Because of that, they wildly understaffed our across state lines move. We had 3 movers and 1 truck to pack an entire 4- bedroom house, and only 2 movers to unpack it. Even the movers told us it should have been at least a 5 person, 2 truck job. To make matters worse, we had to rent another truck ourselves just to get everything moved, and we weren't reimbursed a dime. Then, to top it all off, management constantly called the movers while they were working, probably 5-10 times a day. They were so against paying overtime that they kept telling the crew to wrap it up if the job went over a certain number of hours. That forced the movers to rush, put things in the wrong rooms, skip work that was supposed to be included, and leave us with a job that wasn't finished the way it was promised. I don't leave many bad reviews, but I would quite literally never recommend this company to anyone I care about. The movers themselves were awesome and did everything they could. Management completely set them up to fail. We paid a premium price and got maybe 20% of what was promised.

Their Customer Care and Delivery Teams were fantastic, including Aaron (who picked up my Zippy Shell container at the destination). I have moved items from the West Coast to East Coast and back several times over the years. It is not easy moving a lot of items over a long distance without paying an arm and a leg or losing/breaking things. Zippy Shell gave me confidence that my belongings would arrive without issue (and it did). I initially signed a contract with a full, comprehensive moving service, but after hours wasted on multiple phone calls/no-shows, I ended up cancelling the service due to lack of reliability and trustworthiness from their staff. In contrast, the Zippy Shell agent on the phone worked to make the service perfect for what were important to me: budget and reliability. I wish I could remember the name of the first person that helped me at Zippy Shell in the Customer Care team. He was fantastic and gave me the confidence to go sign the agreement that day even though it was not the cheapest quote I had received. There are always little hiccups (e.g. the Zippy Shell and Pack Rat systems don't seem to play nice), but Zippy Shell has been fantastic overall! Most importantly, I felt assured my belongings would safely arrive. They will be my first call in the future.

There was a team of 6 that showed up for the job. They were nice and professional. As a matters of fact, their team lead pointed out the crack in the TV after it got moved to our new residence. He assured us we would be able to submit a claim and it would be taken care of. The claim was ultimately denied and they said it's because we can't prove the TV wasn't like that prior to the move. So basically when we did the initial walk through, not a single one of the 6 men noted the crack?Interesting. Read other reviews and do your own research before using this company. It looks like this has happened to a few people.
