I had to come in to pick up a package that needed a signature. Parking was a bit small but it was easy and convenient to get into. The inside looks just as it should. Very organized and clean. I was impressed with this. We didn't have to wait long because the person working the desk was all business. I appreciated that. She was also friendly but in a "lets get this done" way. I am not sure if this is the Fed Ex that delivers to my 89156 area. All I know is that the Fed Ex driver showed up and gave me a package I ordered and looked in back for the other package and came back and said I don't see it, it's not there someone else will bring it" he placed a small white sticker on metal above drivers seat and drove off. Communication was limited with language barrier and the fact he was talking to someone else the entire time. I put in claim, how hard is it for driver to go pick up my package and return to me? Within the last five days my husband and I have had to file claims with three different companies because fed ex did not deliver our packages to our home. The company I spoke to this morning said the photo they took to prove they delivered was against that companies protocol bc all the driver did was take a pic of the box. Did not show the house it was delivered to. these photos are for the driver to say look I delivered. Ot look I delivered correctly. Lazy driver Michael Kwame gets to our HOA gate a refuses to use the gate code! Two days in a row takes a pic of the gate and the email says he can't get in. He has our gate codes and my cell. The undeliverable email also says a signature is required but Fedex rep and shipper say no sig needed. We have Fedex in the hood all the time. This is guy is stupid and/or lazy. Tomorrow will be fake attempt #3 and I will have to drive to then drive to the depot. Can't file a claim because Fedex website greys out the button! I'm not quite sure how hard it is be able to knock on a door or ring a doorbell but the fedex drivers seem to be to incompetent to understand how to use a doorbell. Having to order something from a store and using fedex as a third party to deliver something was a bad choice. the drivers are incapable of ringing a doorbell bell and customer service is even worse they will literally hang up on you. If I could rate Fed Ex less than zero, I would. Had an electronics package w/ battery caution labeling on the exterior delivered to a 55 and over community single family home. The Fed Ex driver left the package 26 feet to the right of the front door at the end of a wheelchair ramp 26 fee to the right of the front door (but said he left the package at the door). The package were not visible from the front door when looking out, but was clearly visible to both foot and traffic passers by. Seemed it was staged for passers by instead of the recipient. Fed Ex's response to my formal complaint, we are handing the matter with out internal process, basically we delivered your package unprofessionally and lied, but trust us to adhere to our process. The unprofessional and lack of candor is only surpassed by their lack of concern when the issue was identified. read more

Allegiant airlines lost my luggage and used FedEx to ship my luggage to me and when I received my suitcase today EVERYTHING was completely soaking wet and smelt rotten and had been soaked for multiple days before I received my suitcase. The driver from this office keep coming to my apts and leaving. It hasn't happened once but multiple times I've had to drive across town to get my packages. Getting something delivered by FedEx has been the worst headache ever. I had ordered a product with expedited shipping and come the day it was to be delivered the driver decided delivery was too much trouble and marked the package as undeliverable. Then the customer service rep or the driver lied and told us our apartment management company had told them we moved. Upon asking why this was the rep told us the package didn't even leave their facility today but upon receiving a request to return to sender at 4PM it was at the airport within the hour. The rep recommended me to call the vendor and ask why they requested the package returned and when I did the vendor stated they had never made that request. I was supposed to have a package delivered to my home from my work. I had to sign for it. It was delayed several times and I opened and checked my patio several times during the day. I work from home and was home the whole day. At 4pm there was a sticker on my door saying they tried to deliver. No one knocked at my door, all day. When I used the tracking number on the sticker they left. it was documented they tried twice to deliver the package and I would have two days to pick it up or they would send it back. FedEx was supposed to delivery our package this morning. They failed to knock on the door so we missed the delivery then when we checked out tracking number it told us to pick our package up at 6pm. We showed up at 6:15 to find out that our package had been completely misplaced my not only the driver but also management. We waited for approximately an hour before being told that our package wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. I'm not a Fedex customer. A package was delivered in error to my address. It was supposed to be delivered to another house one block over. I spent almost an hour on the phone with Fedex trying to get them to come pick up this very heavy package and deliver it to the correct address. I was courteous and respectful. Twice I was hung up on after I was put on hold. The bottom line is there is nothing they can do. They cannot come pick the package up. They cannot deliver it to the correct address. Lines, lines, and more lines. I will try to avoid this FedEx because there's always a line. But there are times that I have no choice since packages are sometimes sent to me for pick up. Your best move is to get here early or right when they open. The service is the not quickest and I suggest that you come here prepared with the items that you're delivering already boxed and the shipping info already completed. I also suggest that you call them prior to picking up your packages. There have been multiple times when my packages are on route or the drivers still have it in their possession even though my FedEx memo states it's ready for pick up. Dropping off pre-paid packages is a lot easier since you can use their drop box located right in front of their doors. It is FEDEX. Their peak moment seemed to come when they enjoyed that unapologetic product placement in the major motion picture 'Cast Away'. Some of their employees seemingly are as about as ready to be cast away as one can get while still maintaining gainful employment at a business. They charge a lot. I guess it costs a pretty penny to have Tom Hanks play a plump (pre-island stay) fictitious mid-level executive. I got to come here a lot because I became involved with company (Stubhub) that has a corporate rate with these fine, enterprising U.S. Americans. Currently, I would not be caught dead paying what they charge to move around parcels just the same as much more affordable competitors. Never had a problem with my packages being lost or destroyed, so they are fairly reliable, at least anecdotally-speaking. The staff at this location overall were competent.
