FedEx is the worst! Last year I had a package delivered from overseas and the driver backed down my driveway and hit the gazebo we built for the kids waiting for the bus. I got the run around a lot and finally talked to a person and sent video proving it was the driver. NEVER HEARD BACK and couldn't ever speak to a person again about it. This week I had a package being delivered by FedEx (you don't know who the retailer uses until after you order) and it was late, so I checked - it says delivered 4 days ago. I gave the address of my Post Office because that is the address the Post Office (USPS) makes me use. FedEx says delivered - Post Office says "they don't deliver here". Spoke with a person at FedEx and they said only the shipper can file a claim. So, I will NEVER receive this package! And, not knowing it until after ordering, I have a 2nd package that was shipped FedEx - what do you suppose the odds are I will receive that one? I'm going to start screening my retailers before ordering - FedEx? Nope, sorry I'll buy elsewhere! Terrible company IMHO! read more

The third time in 6 months that FEDEX drivers delivered our packages elsewhere instead of to us. Our address is clearly marked, and the driver delivered to the wrong place. Called customer service each time because the first-time two times we never got the packages and was told they would get back to us and then nothing. They then want the customer to go look for the package themselves. FedEx has such poor service, I wonder how they stay in business. read more

My friend and I are still waiting for our packages to be delivered. This will probably amount to waiting for two days for our deliveries. Her package amounts to over $100. I know it's the holidays, but I wish they'd give us more details about what's going on and when we can definitely expect our deliveries. read more

I don't know why but I just can't get packages delivered to my actual address by FedEx. I have called and emailed about the problem. They always go to one of my neighbors houses. UPS, DHL, & USPS never have a problem delivering packages here. While I applaud FedEx for hiring of drivers with dyscalculia, maybe not have them reading addresses. read more

I purchased an item on E-Bay, I never received the item, I contacted seller, he said it was delivered to my front porch. I went to FedEx web site looked at picture they showed of my package on a porch. Problem is that it's not my porch. I filed a complaint with FedEx, they said item was returned to Parkersburg center and will be on the truck and I would receive it the next day. Now it's three days past and still no delivery. I called FedEx again today and they are still working on the problem. The E-Bay seller closed the sale because it was delivered. E-Bay backs him up with item delivered but I am still out my package. Very, Very unhappy with FedEx. read more
