A Presque Isle, Maine Fedex driver signed my name to a package addressed to a business neighbor, and then the package went missing. I called Fedex, but using automated customer service, it is impossible to register a complaint without a tracking number. The computer hangs up on you. The next time I get something shipped via Fedex, I am going to let the driver have it, even if it isn't the driver who did this. The driver who did it, intentionally tried to screw with me. I do not ship via Fedex. Do not send me anything via Fedex. Fedex drivers are out of control. This is like Mad Maxx. read more

I am giving 1 star but really they don't even deserve that! My fiancee and I brought in cellphones that were carefully packaged in their original boxes and taped shut. We told the rep that the package is fragile and needed to treated as such. When the company, we were sending them back to called us to tell us the phones were damaged and we would have to pay x amount of dollars, you can say we are less than pleased!!! I packaged the phones myself. I went the extra mile and taped the boxes shut so the phones didn't come out of their boxes. We will NEVER use fedex again!!! A FedEx employee delivered a package to my house today. I was not home, nobody was, and there were no cars in the yard. This FedEx employee entered my house while I was not home, and put my package in my living room. The front door was locked, but this side door has a lock that sticks and I don't always lock it when I leave to avoid getting locked out. This employee let themselves into my home knowing nobody was home, walked into my living room and left the package. When I called to report this to FedEx, they could not have cared less, but "filed a report" of my complaint. Keep all doors and windows firmly locked if you don't want these self entitled employees coming into your home without permission. read more

super friendly staff and best of all they will accept Ground packages even though they aren't the distribution center. I like going to this facility much better than the boys in brown due to their reasonable office hours. read more

i would never do business with this company ever again the just put the packages were ever they want. they drop package on oct just found it today this is november and they act like they don't care. will never do business with them again they know i'm disabled!! at least ups puts on my porch love them they will get all my business!!!!! read more
