They forced me to get a PO Box because they refuse to deliver to my house, which is less than two…read moreblocks away from the post office. They also refuse to deliver anything (including mail from banks and government agencies) that is addressed to my street address, even when the agencies in question refuse to send mail to a PO Box. This has resulted in bank cards, vital documents, and IRS notices being marked as undeliverable. Extraordinarily poor service with serious real-world consequences. I'd give zero stars in I could.

I called Fedex, but using automated customer service, it is impossible to register a complaint without a tracking number. The computer hangs up on you. The next time I get something shipped via Fedex, I am going to let the driver have it, even if it isn't the driver who did this. The driver who did it, intentionally tried to screw with me. I do not ship via Fedex. Do not send me anything via Fedex. Fedex drivers are out of control. This is like Mad Maxx.

I am giving 1 star but really they don't even deserve that!…read more My fiancee and I brought in cellphones that were carefully packaged in their original boxes and taped shut. We told the rep that the package is fragile and needed to treated as such. When the company, we were sending them back to called us to tell us the phones were damaged and we would have to pay x amount of dollars, you can say we are less than pleased!!! I packaged the phones myself. I went the extra mile and taped the boxes shut so the phones didn't come out of their boxes. We will NEVER use fedex again!!! Anyone who reads this, DO NOT use this location for your shipping needs. They DO NOT care about customers or their packages being shipped!!!
