Not sure if this is only the ship center or dispatch hub for Bloomington Indiana deliveries but FedEx Terre Haute has a reputation out here as being HORRIBLE. They state in tracking that deliveries will be on a specific day and time then crickets for DAYS after their stated delivery times. We've had to contact our shipping businesses on multiple times with inquiries regarding missing deliveries from FedEx Terre Haute. Even Google AI states that FedEx Terre Haute has a reputation for late deliveries and missing deliveries that have gone to incorrect addresses or simply deliveries being permanently MIA. FedEx is continually reducing its workforce and recently has been closing customer service centers everywhere while no doubt maximizing the incomes of those at the top. We're now refusing purchases from FedEx only businesses. read more

Deliver packages to wrong address, don't bother to ring door bell or knock when we are home for packages that require a signature, they've left our packages at the wrong Dollar General for a hold! I would give them a zero if possible. My package according to the tracking system has sat in Terre Haute for six days. No way to contact them and receive my shipment. I live closer to Indianapolis than Terre Haute and I don't know why when it was in Indianapolis they sent it to Terre Haute, my grandson's first birthday is this weekend and it is a present for him that I ordered three weeks ago. The others are Christmas presents that I'll need in a couple of weeks. There is no way to contact these people and find out where this package is located. All they say it's on the way. It's been on the way for 10 days. I called the company that I bought the gifts from and they are going to send out duplicates. They won't get here till December 16. I just hope they don't go FedEx again what a hassle this time of year. read more

0 stars. Delivers packages to the wrong addresses and refuses to admit or reimburse. Packages are always late even though I have them sent to the local Dollar General after losing over $1,000 of packages that were never delivered. Ive seen the delivery truck drive up my drive way, the driver gets out, opens the truck, then leaves without delivering my packages. I suspect drivers may be stealing packages and pretending to deliver them by coming to the houses. USPS may take longer, but at least they know where I live. ​ read more

Does FedEx intentionally make it hard to get help? Their website won't give out a local numbers (broken website, I guess) After calling their 800 number three times, and getting three Asian women who don't even sound like they live in this country, completely talking over me, acting as though they have solved a problem I haven't even told them about yet just to get me off the phone, muting me, and even laughing, I finally called the store on Margaret in Terre Haute. Can't say the lady who answered "Hello" at that number was very pleasant either. The drivers in my area have a history of not delivering packages then claiming that no one was home to accept deliveries, when we have all surely been home each and every time. A few times they have even left packages out at the road for anyone to take; not even coming up our driveway. This company is completely incompetent and unprofessional. I wish sellers and vendors would quit using them. People are paying good money for delivery service and shouldn't go through the headache of having to chase down our packages and deal with shitty automated service that only seems to tell you what you already know. read more

FedEx separated my packages.swore 1st box would be delivered by end of day it was not delivered they took my live fish back to the hub and I'm still waiting for both boxes. It's nearly impossible to get a breathing human on customer service number paid $300 for next day shipping and now day 3 will neither box if fish completely unacceptable read more

I've never had good luck with FedEx. I absolutely hate that Walmart uses fedex to ship. They never leave my packages INSIDE my screened in porch. Why does USPS know to leave items inside my porch but fedex can't? Well now they've lost my package after updating that it was delivered at 10:38pm on a Saturday. Even the customer service rep said that was an odd time to deliver a package. Now they're having the driver look for the package, but if he can't find it then it's up to the shipper to decide what to do. Fedex is the worst carrier in this area. They don't deliver on time. They deliver wherever they want. On top of that, they only have one number now for their customer service. However, it is not customer service because it does no more than track a package, which can be done online. If you need somebody alive to help, forget it. I think they are getting ready to go close their doors. I can not believe they treat customers this way if they aren't. read more

This shipping center is terrible. I had a package that was to be delivered costing nearly 500.00. I have delivery instructions on file describing my home due to this shipper always messes up delivery and sends to wrong homes. I got a text saying package was delivered. It wasn't here. Looked at my neighbors place and wasn't there either. The picture of the delivery shows it at some home that isn't mine. This package was 50 lbs and the picture shows it laying against someones car. Who does that? And the house in the backgroiund, nor the car are mine. Fedex says it was delivered. Amazon will not issue a refund due to Fedex saying the package was delivered. Shipper says I have to go thru Amazon to get the money back. Which they say they wont do. I am out almost 500.00 dollars due the this shippers incompetence. It is always the Terre Haute shipper that always messes my deliveries up. If coming from another location they are fine. read more

I received a call from fedex saying to call another number and say which house is mine. I did so and specifically stated that it is a fifth wheel camper. I got a call the next day asking if my address was a valid adress and that the driver couldn't find my house,again i told them where i lived. Today i finally see the driver on the road and i went out, he asked me what my address was and i told him. He then procedes to tell me that that (he points to my home)isn't a house,that (points to the neighbors home) is a house. He was very rude,while i was trying to be very nice and smiling. We all cant be fortunate to be able to afford a house,but that doesn't make it an invalid home address. read more

Seem to have a problem with drivers forging signatures and the deliveries not happening. Worst company. Don't waste your money.

Was supposed to receive a package of a $800 item that required a signature. Waited all day and even left a sign on my front door. My house is marked and easily found on GPS. I received a delivery failed because no one was home. This is simply a lie. I also have video evidence of my road out front and there was never a FedEx truck that passed by. I then called the customer service, got a foreign voiced person who kept blaming me for not being home, even though I explained all that I did above. I called back 7 more times, each time getting a new person with an accent from India, and they will not transfer to a manager. Local FedEx doesn't have a number either, so I can't even complain there. This is a garbage company and this needs to be pointed out. read more

The driver was very unprofessional he was rude and annoyed that he had to drive down my driveway.This was not the first time the same driver was nasty with my wife.We have contacted the office to no avail.Our next move will be to try and get the big box chain we sell to to use another shipper. read more

Fedex seems to need NEW management. Their Yelp review is poor and my experience continues the poor service. Ordered from Amazon, They chose Fedex and Fedex sends to the USPS. The tracking shows that Fedex delivered to USPS on Sunday and the business was closed. Really - this action seems stupid - everyone know that the USPS is closed on Sunday so why did they even try. Then when I called Fedex they said that the USPS created a new tracking number and I had to call to get that number. Then they blamed the shipper for selecting the shipping carrier - HUH? - that was Fedex!!! that makes NO Sense. If Fedex was chosen and they passed to USPS - why do we need Fedex. Very disappointed in FedEx. More disappointed that they think their excuse would work. VERY POOR SERVICE and SUPPORT. read more
