I initially made my appointment with Dr. Heidi for some pain and discomfort in my shoulder and neck area due to years of sitting at a desk with terrible posture. She sat me down and asked me what I wanted to achieve with our sessions, which was great because it seemed like she really cared about my well-being inside and out. After a few weeks of seeing her, she's been able to relieve some of the pain and then some. After the first couple of adjustments, I noticed that I was able to breathe deeper and it felt like a huge weight was lifted off my chest. Each session after has been something I look forward to every week. Dr. Heidi is magical! While her office may be small, it is definitely charming. Dr Heidi is very nice and knowledgeable. I am giving 3 stars because after she evaluates you, she goes over a lot of paperwork pressuring you to commit to these high dollar wellness packages (like thousands of dollars and strict rules). Yeah I thought I If you do not sign, it's $75 per session which is almost double what most chiropractors charge per session in the area. She is nice but she does put the guilt on you with wording "I have 18 years of experience and know my worth" and that's why her prices are higher. I have gone to another chiropractor in the area who has the same services as her but at a much lower price point. I do not doubt her expertise but her prices are very high. I'm a writer and the computer work over the years has caused me to start to develop a Dowanger hump. My acupuncturist referred me to Dr. Heidi because of chronic lower back, neck, and knee pain. I've had pain pretty consistently since my time in the 82nd Airborne Division in the US Army back in the mid-1990's. Dr. Heidi has a unique understanding of the stresses my body has been through, because she is also a US Army veteran. My back had been getting progressively worse since last Fall and it was affecting my ability to sleep and move. When I first saw Dr. Heidi and she was checking the movement in my spine, I had to move very slowly because there was so much muscle and joint stiffness and pain. We recently did a re-evaluation and I am feeling so much better now! I go days without feeling pain in my back, which is astonishing! My body doesn't ache all over anymore and when Dr. Heidi checked my range of motion in my spine-not only had it improved - I can now move at a normal rate! Dr. Heidi where can I start? I was fortunate enough to learn about Dr. Heidi's magical hands and touch through my husband who has been seeing her for more then a year now. My husband started having back issues from a previous accident compounded by the fact that we've been picking up and carrying two toddlers all around for the last 3 years. I love Dr. Heidi! When I was 8 months pregnant my midwife mentioned that my baby was breech! It was in 2020, during the pandemic, and my OB hadn't even seen me in person to confirm. Ugh. My midwife recommended Dr. Heidi at Feel Good Chiropractic to help the baby turn. I entered her sweet, warm, welcoming space to a big smile (albeit covered by a mask!) who put me at ease right away. We made a plan that worked for me and I started going a few times a week. In the Summer of 2014, I was bathing my dogs and I slipped and fell in the bath. Very few times have I experienced such excruciating pain. My right leg was throbbing and I was unable to walk, and could barely crawl. The pain was so strong that it kept me awake at night. As it turns out. the bones at my knee shifted ever so slightly, but fortunately there were no breaks. Instead of going the traditional Western medicine route of painkillers and -potentially- a cast, I decided to see Dr. Heidi. Her approach was gentle, but very effective, after the initial adjustment I felt immediate relief and the pain subsided from a level 10 to a level 6. After the second adjustment, my pain was down to a 4, and by the third adjustment, I was able to walk without crutches. Considering that my type of injury takes anywhere from six to eight months to heal completely, my complete recovery was super-speedy, and thanks to Dr. Heidi's care, I was fully healed and ready to exercise regularly in about three months! I had never had a chiropractic adjustment before I met with Dr. Wroebel. I was pregnant and was dealing with a common but very painful symptom called pubic symphysis. I was told in a prenatal yoga class that a chiropractor could help ease the pain. I quickly called Dr. Wroebel and made an appointment for the following week. I loved our first visit because she spent about 30 minutes describing what she does and what it meant to have a chiropractic adjustment. I learned a lot and was really thankful to have been given the background and a lesson about the therapy before our session began. Then she adjusted me. I felt a little lighter almost immediately. Before this week I had never seen a chiropractor despite it being suggested hundreds of times. I thought that chiropractors were just for if you threw your back out and couldn't stand--and if you were telling me about seeing one for anything else you were probably also going to tell me about this amazing diet where you ate 3 grapes a day and had so much energy. I have been trying new things since starting my life over from scratch, and I booked the appointment on a whim without doing research or reading reviews. I have felt so miserable physically and mentally for so long and 10 minutes after seeing Dr. Heidi I felt better than I had in years. I have seen an endless amount of doctors recently and while I truly don't blame them, almost all of them seemed drained of compassion. I began visiting Dr. Heidi when I was 36 weeks pregnant, and had an immense amount of sciatica pain. I began a 3 per week adjustment program with her, and by the first week my ease of mobility was already starting to come back. Saw Dr. Wroebel multiple times when I was pregnant and later after birth. After nearly a week late giving birth I was adjusted and literally that night I went into labor! I found out I was pregnant I had just turned 40 and I was a bit nervous for all the obvious reasons. I met Heidi through the preschool her children attend and I instantly had a connection with her.
