The masseuse answered and talked on his phone while giving the massage 2. The masseuse was coughing the entire time and had to get up twice to try and take care of this cough 3. The masseuse did not wear and mask and should not have been permitted to work 4. The overall massage (technique) was terrible 5. I gave the woman my feedback about the points above and she still charged me for the entire service. Unreal. The entire experience was unacceptable. I have a thing for Korean day/foot spas. Just the exact service needed at the time without all of the fluff. I walked in feeling pretty banged up and in need of some acute care. Instantly and for under $100 totalI got my feet massaged by a kind woman for 30 minutes and then she was also the masseuse for my one hour deep tissue body massage. She applied the right pressure and totally made me feel comfy and relaxed. The place was boutique looking by reception and no frills yet very clean in the massage rooms. If I could give zero stars, I would. I wasted $60 for a 60 minute "massage" yesterday. I would call the store, but something tells me I am not the first to be part of their scam. The masseuse started the massage by pulling the sheet down to my feet, so my entire backside was exposed. He left the sheet at my feet during the entire massage, leaving me cold and exposed. He was polite and asked if I was alright likely 10-15 times during the massage. He left half-way through the massage for several moments, leaving me exposed and dripping in oil. His stokes were powerful, so I asked him to lighten up and after I asked him, he simply gave up on the remainder of the massage. My arms and shoulders were not touched. My thighs, legs and feet were not touched. However, my rear end received 45 minutes of the massage. I left the massage feeling like I just got ripped off. I will be reporting them to the GA Massage Board, as well. I'm not even sure what I paid for, but it wasn't a massage. read more

I knew I made a bad decision from the moment I walked in. The lobby smelled so musty and of strong body odor. I was about to ask if they had masks but from the way it smelled I knew better than to ask as I knew they wouldn't have any. The guy at the front desk, whom I later learned is the owner's brother was the absolute worst. Important to note they didn't have me sign NO WAIVER. Rude and unprofessional. He walked me to my room and didn't say a word to me. Just walked me in, shut the door, and left. He didn't say "hey your therapist will be with you in a moment, please undress from head to toe and go under covers" or any type of instruction! Could have offered me a water or if I have any questions. The room itself was reminiscent of a basic 2 star motel room on a deserted highway. The vent on the ceiling was covered in dust and there was a hole in the ceiling. The sheets were so old and tattered, literally with holes all along the seam. I'm deciding what to do, I can't ask for a refund because I did ClassPass for this service so I was just going to stick it out. My therapist came in and she saw some oil on the floor and came back to mop it up. All the while I'm just concerned that she touched a mop and was about to touch me. I didn't see any hand sanitizer in the room or hallway but some Jergens lotion and a bottle that said 'Body Soap' that they filled up with body oil. So when I was already undressed on the bed, she came in and said there was a male client that was requesting a woman and because she was the only female masseuse in the building she had to ditch me to take the client and that a guy was going to take me! Though my appointment was first! So they deprioritized me, I'm almost certain because I'm a black woman and paired me with a guy who was just dressed in regular clothes. No scrubs or anything that he would be recognized as an employee. He didn't speak English so when I asked him if he washed his hands, he had to go grab the front desk guy to translate. He got started and it didn't feel like he knew what he was doing. Of course didn't ask me if I had any problem areas. When I told him to stop, he kept going. He didn't understand until I had to assert him to leave. They asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow, I refused to ever come back there again so I said I'll wait for the female to be done. He told me it would be a 30 min wait it was more like 45min. The massage was ok. However it wasn't the deep tissue massage I came in for, I had to ask for more pressure a couple times. I also didn't appreciate not being asked if I wanted my forehead massaged. I didn't want anyone to put their hands on my face. The highlight was the hot stones she used for a moment and the hot towel to wipe the oil off my body. But even then I don't think anything was sanitary. When I was done she asked if I wanted tea or water. I asked for water. I went to the front to wait for her and was waiting for a couple minutes actually. I expected her to already be at the front waiting for me with water when I got dressed. I asked the rude front desk guy who was kicked back with his feet up with no shoes on at the front desk if he could find my masseuse. When he got up to look for her he walked in front of me and I saw his hand he had dug into his pants! Like he's scratching his butt! I was shocked. Meanwhile she was busy packing up her stuff to leave right after me instead of finishing my service. Then asked me for a tip. Please do not go here. Save your money. I truly wish from the bottom of my heart this was an imaginary experience I was witnessing but unfortunately it was my reality. I would give no stars if I could. My cousin went to this location on 06/26 to get a massage. Instead of receiving an appropriate massage from a massage therapist that she was SUPPOSED to trust he violated her. He touched her inappropriately and did not use the sheets to cover her body when he told her to flip over. Wtf? Everyone knows you are supposed to cover and give the customer privacy but apparently this guy didn't. The massage therapist was a Chinese male named Michael that had a nonexistent hairline probably receding from him being such a perverted creep. We will not be suggesting this place to anyone. That is a sexual harassment by the way. Disgusting. She didn't pay to get that done. I called and spoke to the front desk person that's a male and he informed me that the message therapist's name is Sam. I asked for Sam's last name and he told me he didn't know it. He asked me what happened and I told him the story and all he said was, "I'll tell him to be more careful with customers." I'm sorry what???? I went on to ask for that message therapists license number and the receptionist proceeds to say that he doesn't know it. He then said that the manager fired him and he's looking for another job. I asked him to repeat what he said and he said that "Sam" quit. I asked for the last name once again and he said he can't give that out. So does he know or not know the last name? Did Sam get fired or he quit? And if "Sam" no longer works there then how is he going to inform him to be more careful? Nothing is adding up. If anyone wants to continue going here I would advise you to be careful because they do not care about your well-being. This was the most HORRIBLE experience I've ever had. This place is disgustingly unsafe and has perverted employees. I went there on 9/1/2024 at 1pm. The massage therapist used his spit, yes, his SPIT to massage my neck and my hands. I wasn't sure the first time, but I felt something weird and the wetness on the side of my neck which didn't feel like the oil he used on my back. He was behind me and I couldn't see what he used, but I didn't think of anything yet. Then, he moved to my hands and felt it again in my left hand, but my eyes were closed. I said I'll open my eyes when he does the other hand and check what he's doing. When he moved on to my right hand, I opened my eyes and I saw him take his hand to his mouth and put his spit on my hand. He didn't realize I opened my eyes because the light was very dim. I immediately stopped him and ask him what he was doing. He was shocked and kept asking me what, what? I told him I'm done and told him to leave the room. I got dressed, washed my hands and when I went to the front desk, he was there waiting with the receptionist guy and a woman employee. There was nobody else other than the three. I told him what he did and asked why he used his spit? He said he used lotion, which he didn't even have in the room. And the receptionist backed him up. He spoke little English anyway and I saw no point going back and forth with him since he wasn't gonna own up to it and kept saying he used lotion. I thought I'll report him and this place and stopped arguing. I was in complete shock that this happened to me and I still am. I even questioned myself for a second because he kept denying it, but then realized I opened my eyes and SAW what he did with my own eyes. This was the most disgusting experience I've had and I don't even wanna get a massage from a male massage therapist anymore. I felt his touch on my bottom was suspicious a couple of times, too but it wasn't that obvious. So, I didn't say anything, but I was alert. I'm so regretful of going to this place. KEVIN is the best for that! So, I was extremely surprised (in a good way) to visit Feet Press Spa for the first time and get a therapist who actually knew how to make it relaxing. She used just the right amount of pressure and it was incredible. I didn't leave feeling like I had been beaten up, nor did I feel cheated of a good massage by going too light. It was exactly right and that's a rare find. Plus, bonus stars for being able to accommodate a same-day appointment. This place is awesome in my humble opinion. A coworker told me he liked to sometimes beat the traffic by stopping in here for an hour for a foot rub, and I can see why. My husband and I first came to Feet Press Spa a few months ago unsure what to expect, but impressed that calling at 8 on a Saturday night they could fit the two of us in at 9. That kind of short notice for any kind of massage is amazing . We walked in and were immediately shown to these overstuffed reclining super chairs, brought water and had our feet put in tubs of hot water. A good start to be sure. Everything about Feet Press Spa is relaxing, the interior is dim, soft music plays and it's very tranquil in every way. Once we'd soaked a while, two people came out, sat down on the ottomans at our feet, and proceeded to give us the best foot and calf massages I've had in a long time. It involved wam towels and some excellent toe popping. But the treatment didn't end there. After my legs had turned to jello, my guy came up and massaged my arms, neck and head - and head massages feel so great! And all for just $30 - what a deal! We were so glad we took my friend's advice, even if it took months before we finally did. And Feet Press Spa has a rewards card so after 10 massages you get one free. That's a pretty sweet deal. It had no rhyme or rhythm and I think the therapist received credentialing from a video correspondence course. I was so freaked out when she stuck her finger down into my ear canal and began to giggle that the rest of the hour was half shock/half intrigue. It was just rubbing fast circle motions on my back. They have great hours 7 days a week and accept appointments and walk ins. It is a great option anytime but worked out perfectly for me. I wanted a massage today and couldn't get an appointment at other places I have gone. They called me back and booked an appointment within the hour. The massage was well done. Pressure was perfect for my body massage. They also do specific areas and combinations if that is more of what you are interested in. The rates are reasonable. It was $60 regularly for a full body 1 hour massage but it is discounted to $50 as they build their business. My most recent trip was spoiled by the loud talking of the employees - I hope that won't be a common reoccurrence. My one massage was a decent experience. A die-hard OG Treat Your Feet fan, I'm always skeptical about going anywhere other than OTP TYF, but with 85 down and the subsequent increase in surface road traffic, I decided to check this place out. It's really close to my house and I'd recently received a flyer in the mail advertising discounted services. I was pleasantly surprised! It's not on the same level as TYF but a good deal for the service and location. We arrived early for our appointment and were immediately seated in a small, darkened room in two oversized recliners. Two male masseuses immediately brought in steaming buckets of water for about 10 minutes of soaking before our hour-long foot massages began. Relaxing music enhanced the spa-like vibe. The massage itself was totally decent! There was a variety of pressures and touches on both my feet and legs, followed by a hot stone application and hot towels. There were also about 10 minutes of face / neck / shoulder massage at the tail end of our allotted hour. The entire time, the masseuses were chatting quietly which didn't bother me personally - but I would suggest headphones or earplugs for anyone who needs silence to achieve that optimal foot-rub bliss state. From other posts, it seems this place has a really hard time staffing the place. Me and a friend put our names down and hour before we wanted a foot massage. When putting out names down, we asked specifically to NOT get a new guy. We did this because the last visit was with a new guy who was terrible. Well, guess what? We got a new guy. A new, really terrible guy. He just rubbed up and down my shins until it looked like I had shaved my legs. He constantly just watched the other masseuse to try and replicate what she was doing. It didn't work. Cig smell was strong with this new guy too. When checking out, the man working the front desk tried to act like he couldn't understand us when we complained which made a bad experience worse. Not wanting to disrupt the people's massage in the common area, I quietly paid the money and went home with raw shins. If you get someone who has worked there a while, it's amazing. I've been a few times since they opened due to convenience...a little more expensive, but easier than driving up buford hwy. All my feet press experiences there have been pleasant...skilled massage, relaxing experience. I like something intense, bc i stand on my feet all day on hard floors and I'm active in general, and my last experience was very good in terms of skill level and intensity. The only bad thing about this place is that is is very small and ambiance is lacking if you are in the front room, and they have only 3 chairs in the back room that's dark and quiet. In the front room, you can hear the people who work there talk on the phone, talk to each, flush the toilet, doors slam close/slam, etc. They have some spa music on but not loud enough to mask everything else going on...no aromatherapy, no eye pillows to drown out the light...and in a small crowded space these things are needed IMO. Details are lacking, and this is very disruptive to a peaceful and therapeutic experience. This is common up buford hwy as well, so for the price point, it's part of the package. I definitely recommend going here and trying it if your feet hurt badly...but bring an eye mask/pillow, a little essential oil, and your foot cream of choice unless you prefer Vaseline intensive care. Also, bring your own music with ear buds or ear plugs...and mints for the awesomely skilled person rubbing your feet who's had as long and hard a day as you and needs a little freshen up. Nothing is worse then getting a great neck and shoulder stretch to finish off a great foot rub only to be subjected to bad breath. Devil is in the details, but for the price and convenience, I this place is the best value. Bring your own details, and this will be a 5 star experience. read more

We made an appointment for 4 at 9:00pm and were immediately seated when we walked in. The setting was very dark and since its a wide-open space, was very nice. The description of dark, cool, clean, professional is spot on! I was paired with Jason, who I will definitely request when I return. I must say that I had never had a foot massage so had no idea what to expect. I mean really, what does $30 for 1 hour get you? Well, LOADS. It all begin with a lovely warm foot soak and then a very gracious foot massage that was so lovely, I thought it was all over... but then there was more. Yes, there was some judo-chop thigh slappage (I giggled, especially when it became a chorus of thigh slappage), arm pulling, neck rubbing, and oh heavenly day, face massage. It was glorious. As mentioned, we went in a group of 4. We were the only ladies in the place and for that, I was thankful. I kinda can't imagine what it would be like if there were strangers about, especially for the thigh slappage. We chatted mostly through the first half hour of foot massage, but then once the face rubbing began, well, there was no room for chatting. That's when I realized the lovely spa music piping in from up above. I would recommend coming here in a group and making a reservation.
