I just had a Thai massage and stretch with song and he did a masterful job. The combination of Thai stretch and massage is great for people that work out, because it really gives you a deep deep stretch as part of the muscle, deep tissue massage. This combination is better than "one or the other." Song is strong, so for muscular folks who are doing heavy lifting, This is the guy you want. And when you get done, your hips are open. So is your chest and you'll feel a restoration of range of motion in your shoulders. In fact, it relieved a lot of my inflammation caused by incline.Bench presses. Once you're done with the massage, tye freedom of movement and motion is incredible. This may be a new once a week or once every two week part of my workout schedule. Do your yourself a favor and just try this out.- make sure you get the combination of the deep tissue with the stretch. It was $90 without tip. I found this place on Yelp and I was back and forth about booking because I wanted the fluff..the pools, the hot tub, all of the fixings. I'm so glad I decided to go here instead. This was such a unique experience! I left feeling brand new and stress free. I received a warm welcome when I entered the building followed by an immediate foot wash. I was then given slippers and led to the massage room. The lighting was just right and light music played in the background. I chose to use AirPods so I could curate my experience with my own personal playlist. They also offer ear plugs if you prefer silence. I created my own package according to my needs which included 1 hour deep tissue full body, 30 min Thai stretch, and a 30 min foot massage. Disappointing experience. Service started off well. I booked a 2-hour "Iyashi Signature Full Body Massage" online. Upon arrival, I was greeted and seated in the waiting area with my feet in a tub of warm water--plain water, no scents or additives. I didn't think much of it. I was given a sheet to mark my preferences: pressure level, areas to focus on, and what I did not want. I selected medium pressure, clearly marked NO stretching, and indicated focus areas on the body diagram: neck and shoulders, low back, quads, calves, and feet. I also chose the stress-relief aroma, though I never smelled any aroma during the service. Once called in, I used the restroom and was guided to a private room. The first therapist, a woman, was wonderful--attentive, good pressure, and responsive when I asked for adjustments. She started with a massage over the sheet and then added oil for my back. The first half of the service was genuinely great. Then, midway through, I heard the door open and quiet rustling. No one said anything, and I immediately felt a different pair of hands. A moment later, a male voice spoke, which surprised me because no one informed me of a therapist switch. I don't mind male therapists, but a heads-up is the bare minimum. Despite me clearly marking NO stretching, he grabbed my arms and pulled them backward while I was face down. I said "ow, please put me down." He continued stretching me in a way that felt rough and careless. When he lifted my arms, my bare chest also lifted, and he was positioned directly in front of me, which made me feel extremely exposed. When he finally put me down, I decided to just let the moment slide instead of escalating it. The rest of his portion felt rushed and inattentive--he barely addressed the areas I marked (especially neck and shoulders), mostly rustling through my hair. The foot massage was okay, but he dropped my legs down abruptly afterward. He also broke my hair clip, threw it away without asking, and didn't apologize. When I checked out, I told the front desk girl I was unsatisfied. She told me I should have spoken up during the service--except there was clearly a language barrier, and the situation made it hard to advocate for myself in the moment. I also mentioned the broken hair clip, and for that, she offered a 5% discount. Can't say I'd return. The first lady was great, though I didn't catch her name. Unfortunately, the bald male therapist completely ruined what started as a promising experience. read more

At the last minute, I booked a 60 minute hot stone massage and they were able to accommodate my request. When you walk in you are immediately greeted and prompted to take your shoes off for a foot rinse bath. While doing the foot rinse bath, I filled out the paper which asked about specifics of the massage requested i.e. pressure, points of focus, etc. Almost immediately after the foot rinse I was guided to the back for my massage. There wasn't much instructions given, but it was obvious they wanted you to take off your clothes, lay on the table and cover with the sheet. There are signs that give you directions, but I only noticed those after I finish my massage. The massage was nice. The pressure was spot on, may be a little firmer than expected. Initially, I think I had a man masseuse. He was very respectful and kept the sheet on my body the entire time. About halfway through he and a lady switched, and she appropriately raised the sheet and massaged the focused part of my body. I did opt into the offered Thai stretch at the end of the massage and I think I want to book a whole session dedicated to stretching. They do have a massage alternative technique. It is different than what I've previously received at other massage parlors, however, when the massage was finished, I felt no tension and absolute muscle relaxation. I would definitely continue to come here, especially since it is walk-in/ short notice appointments. You should know that the rooms, I think, are semi private. Meaning that there is a sliding door and there is no ceiling so it's open and you will be able to hear noises from the other rooms. The noises are typical massage noises, I didn't find them disturbing however, if you are sensitive to noise, they do recommend earplugs read more

I had to keep telling him to slow down because he was rushing. We didn't get offered tea or water. Random people walked in and out of our room during our session. The room we were in, didn't have a door to be closed so a light shinned into our rooms the entire time, and that was distracting, which caused us not to relax as much. Also, the bathroom had roaches :( They charge a 3.5% up charge for using credit cards or they give you a cash app option to pay (wtf, so unprofessional). The workers didn't speak English so when i spoke they stopped my massage to go get the receptionist to translate( that was super annoying). I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL to anyone. The aesthetic is cute but the services was bad. Another lady was getting a massage in a room across from us and they had her curtains closed for privacy. How about informing me that they charge 3.5% if I pay with card when I'm making the appointment and that my options are cash or other pay apps? How about not putting me and my friend in the room where we could hear every chair scrape the floor in the restaurant next door for the entire 90 minute service? How about the technician actually do anything to you at all for the service? I think she wasn't even in the room most of the 90 minutes. This was an absolute waste of $149 facial. Not sure why they have such high ratings as me and my friend has quite to opposite experience. Edit: there's no edit. Your reply changed nothing. You could say we will be sure to inform new customers about your payment options. You could also say you will no longer book clients in the noisiest room. But you didn't. That's ok. They accept walk ins which is fantastic for those of us who have commitment issues. The lobby is very peaceful and welcoming. The service menu is vast with lots of options and reasonably priced. I decided on a one hour foot massage for $50. They start in the lobby with a foot soak for only a few minutes. Then you are taken to the back area where a room with massage tables low to the ground are located in a dimly lit calming atmosphere. You start face down and the massage involves your entire body because it is all connected to the feet. The experience was fantastic and extremely relaxing. I requested a stretch with my massage and I highly recommend it. It is not something you could do on your own. I was then asked if I would like an additional service and I requested 30 minutes of shoulder and head massage. They walked me across the hall to a traditional massage table that was so comfortable. This was an intense treatment because my muscles were so tight. My masseur worked incredibly hard and the pressure was very firm to break up the knots. He also massaged my arms and did some very unique stretching which was tough and made me take deeps breaths. The results were such relief!
