I went to pick up my clothes and inquired about the selected clothes. I was told one piece had already been sold. When I looked at the list of my selected clothes, none of the items on the list were mine! They were someone else's clothes. I insisted I did not want any money for a sold item that wasn't mine. This is inexcusable. Management was argumentative and unpleasant. I will never go back.

The store clerk brought other items to the manager, completely unrelated in brand, fashion, or aesthetic. The manager proceeded to tell me it's a two 2 piece, but since there was only one piece, they'll sell it separately; the borrows costs more than the top. I was fine with that, until they tried to charge me full price for a clearance item...and she would t budge. Not the first time this store staff has cheated me with randomness in pricing items without a price tag How do you arbitrarily assign a new price from u related garments...! I like the store as it is not as crowded as the other TJ Maxx in the area, and relatively well organized. Also it is easy to browse here if you just went shopping for Trader Joe's or Whole foods next door!

My mom and I visited today to get some new sneakers. My mom walks with a cane and was disappointed…read morethat her favorite walking shoes were no longer being made. All was not lost as Sylvia was helping us and offered several different options for my mom to try. She was super helpful, even helping my mom get the shoes on and lacing them up. I can't remember the last time I've seen that level of assistance in a shoe store. She was absolutely fantastic with my mom, answering questions and even showing her a special way of lacing her sneakers to help prevent heel slippage. My mom ended up getting two pairs of shoes that she said were so comfortable, and raved about Sylvia to the woman at the register. I took a star off as I'm a size 11ish and can rarely find shoes that fit me-most shoes only had sizes up to 10 available, but I'm so glad my mom had such a great experience today.

Nice store layout, helpful employees and very friendly. But it's not much here you wouldn't be in here looking too long. Plus the clearance section sizes are all over the place that did drive me a little crazy. But overall good experience if you're in the area give it a go!

Its on a sideroad with a small private parking area perfect for those who want to go to a place and not worry about finding on the street parking or having to parallel park. Wow, all I can say is that Arsenal Yards has really been stepping up their game, and I'm impressed…read more Arsenal Yards is adding variety to the suburbs, once again giving you that downtown Boston feel for less traffic. The shops and restaurants here are really curated in a way that it draws you in, as most of these places are one of a kind in this neighborhood...its really cool! Lots of new places since my last review...especially for all you foodies out there (& myself). Some of my favorite additions are Chip City and Blackbird Doughnuts. More on the way too, Jersey Mikes is coming as well as a new restaurant called ButterBird. The clothing store J Crew is opening soon as well. There's also a lot of fitness places I want to try, esp Rumble Boxing. Also the James Joseph Salon and the Skin Laundry place look cool. There's really something here for everyone, both of which are useful for everyday living, or just for a fun night out of new places to explore.

Lots of spring dresses and clothes right now. Lots of Easter bunnies and chocolates. Spring is in the air for sure! Their food aisle has interesting stuff. Got some jars of pasta sauce, some chips - sweet potato ranch flavored - yummy hubs really liked those. Also some plantain chips and chili lime chicken peas and a box of instant ginger chai. Service was friendly- cashier was nice. And they have restrooms. Plus some of their furniture includes comfy chairs which is great for hubs to sit while I'm shopping. Free parking in the garage!

Can always count on their stores for great finds, for amazing prices. I was not hunting anything in particular today BUT I was met with a great find when I was waiting in the checkout line-- a DryBar Beach Bender Waver, for $56! When I looked the hair tool up on Google, it still showed as full price at other stores, so of course I HAD TO GET IT. I was so excited to use it, it was the first thing I did when I got home. Works perfectly & gives the most beautiful waves. Anyways, back to actually reviewing the store. You never know what you're gonna find at Marshall's. There's an endless amount of great finds to be found here... seriously. Highly recommend! Parking: Parking garages are free to park at Arsenal Yards! ;)
