I didn't notice obviously until I went to get my brakes fixed and all of the lug nuts were so badly damaged we couldn't get them off in order to fix my back brakes. then we went back to speak with someone regarding this. It took a week of going there and calling being told they can't get ahold of a manager and finally on Sunday we were able to get ahold of the manager and he told us it was our fault they didn't do that and we messed it up like what?? How would we do that? We don't have a machine to mess up all of my lug nuts like that and obviously we couldn't even try and get the lug nuts off because of how badly they were put on and stripped! Anyways the manager essentially threatened my boyfriend saying they can meet up and honestly it's wild that a business can't even be honest and own up to a mistake that one of their technicians made. Then the guy I spoke with on the phone started cursing at me telling me we haven't been there in over a year to get my tires done. I said what? We just got our tires put on last month! Like I have proof of me buying the tires and getting them done like the end of July after our vacation. Definitely not over a year ago. He then started cursing at me so I said "excuse me I am not cursing at you so why are you cursing at me?" And the guy hung up on me! needed some good tires since i was going to be doing some tow dolly moving with my expedition…read more called up the owner. he answered all my questions and set me up with some tires he felt would be the best. so i bought them from him and he installed that same day. well i got to test them out in a few different conditions. pouring rain with a heavy car on dolly on a steep hill at a red light. i swore i would slip just a little (which i thought would be expected in that situation)nope not one slip just straight grip. that was the test of all tests hands on is the best. trust these guys they are out to satisfy the customer at a very good price and quality tire. cant wait for a winter storm!!!

(The update was so new, they had to download it from GM, and they had never performed one before) The techs and staff were very accommodating and the waiting area was comfortable and spacious. I actually did enjoy my time there. I bought the car there two weeks before, and my experience was great. My salesman got me the car I wanted at the monthly payments I was willing to make. I didn't think they would be able to get me the deal, but they bent over backwards for me. This is actually the second car I've bought there.
