Our last scheduled appointment he never showed and stated that he had a heart attack patient in his in-person office, never rescheduled and has refused to respond back to myself, the Sesame team, and New York life who was supposed to be approving my leave of absence from work that Dr. Vaneet suggested. At this point I'm not even sure if I was supposed to have one because in addition to not filling out the paperwork properly he sent me documents with someone else's information on it twice. I am completely disheartened and disappointed in this experience because due to his negligence and lack of communication, I did not get paid while on the leave he recommended and have now lost my job because there was no paperwork turned in from him stating the reason that I needed leave. He needs to be removed from the Sesame platform immediately. This has impacted my mental health much worse than I was before. I pray for the others who have been neglected as well.

They make appointments and keep you waiting for 2 hours past the appointment time and show no remorse stating that they only have 1 doctor 4. Instead of helping resolve the situation, she was dismissive and unprofessional. During one call, I was literally hung up on while "transferring" the call to the office manager, yet there was no call back and my next call went to voice mail and never returned. When you're dealing with something as serious as heart health, the last thing you should be worrying about is whether the office can handle basic administrative tasks. I would not recommend this office based on how poorly they handle patients outside of the exam room.

I was checked in pretty quickly and they give you the option to keep the own you used or to return it to the used/dirty own cup. After I forwarded a lipid (cholesterol) blood test requested by my primary doctor to Dr. Taddeo so she could adjust my statin prescription, she refused to increase the strength of my statin, nor reduce its strength based on the blood work unless I came into her Bronxville, NY office in person so she would receive her fee for my office visit. I had already provided her full fees for 3 prior office visits during the year 2025 with my most recent visit on Sept 2025. In October 2025 she received my lipid blood work but refused to discuss my lipid dose requirement with me by phone and then voided my lipid prescription and several months of prescription renewals from the Fleetwood Pharmacy. Her actions may have put my life in danger since I had to scramble to find an alternate doctor to provide me with my statin and for some time I had no statins to take. I am age 71 and the statin prescription helps me fight the following illnesses: high cholesterol, two leaky heart valves, one coronary heart artery partial blockage and partial blockages in both my carotid arteries. HER PATIENTS NEED TO MOVE ON TO A CARDIOLOGIST WITH COMPASSION WHO CARES FOR THEIR PATIENT'S LONGEVITY.
