Do NOT ever go to this office if you care about your health, well being, and mental sanity ! 1. The original doctor - dr sandhu has a ton of articles written about him on the internet and in local papers ( look them up - you will be in shock and awe ) 2. His son (who took over the practice) and the reason why they begged all their patients to stay went on a 2 month vacation from end of November until end of January ) AND did not staff the practice with any additional help. They literally have 1 doctor who is incredibly sketchy at best 3. They make appointments and keep you waiting for 2 hours past the appointment time and show no remorse stating that they only have 1 doctor 4. They are rude, disrespectful and do NOT care about you as a patient. 5. The office is filthy and dated I truly feel bad for the nurses in the office because they are stuck in an impossible situation with terrible employers ! read more

Not an inviting solution for healthcare. The office staff is indifferent, the doctors are like a revolving door. Making an appointment when you live in Hackettstown, you actually have to confirm you want to come to the Hackettstown office, not go 13 miles out of your way to go to the Succasunna office for some reason. Go figure. I've called the office when they open and have been bounced to their other office location voicemail systems only to call back an hour later to be told that I called the wrong number. Something's fishy here. The parking lot is a disaster, while they are doing more expansion, they have their workmen parked directly on top of the disabled parking spaces. Never again guys. read more

As others have said, this place is extremely sketchy and only cares about money. 1. After visiting the Hackettstown location in 2017, when learning that the Hampton/Washington office was closed, I saw an article in the paper that the doctor I saw the prior 2 years (staffing the Hampton/Washington office) was practicing without a license, which explains why it was closed. (yikes!) 2. Also in 2017, someone else's prescription was called in to a CVS that I've never been to in my life... using my contact and insurance information. 3. Each time I went, they tried to bill for both a physical and an office visit, PLUS an additional office visit when they called me to "review the results of the lab work" 4. After deciding I was never going back there due to the above, I JUST got billed for an office visit that supposedly happened last week (August 2019) while I was in LBI, over 2 hours from any of their locations, and almost 2 years after deciding I was never going back. I would ask them to delete my insurance information from their system, but they would probably try to bill my insurance for that too. read more

I am never going back. The doctor seemed nice and talked me through everything. He gave me options and answered my questions....However, the office was a different thing. The culture swabs were expired and they ended up sending me to a diff place that didn't even have throat swabs. Afterwards they sent me to there sister location, which was a scary looking office that made me super uncomfortable just walking in. I would say if you do have to go here, go to the Hackettstown, this location, and not the other one! At least the office here looks cleaner and more inviting in general. Though any office that has expired supplies of any kinds gives me second thoughts about any kind of visit. read more

This doctors office does not care about it's patients at all all they care about is money money money I ask dr. Sandue is my insurance covers for therapy he told me yes I don't have to pay him nothing out-of-pocket next thing you know I'm getting a bill for $385 when all I really wanted to do was get an MRI I call ask about this the bill an the lady says The doctor doesn't know about bills so why would you lie and tell me Insurance covers it I will have to pay anything when all I wanted to do was get an MRI in the first place that is very unprofessional how can I trust him with my health and all he cares about is money read more

WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. I'd rather be dying then ever go here again! There is no compassion, no understand, and the doctors are completely ignorant!! They write prescriptions and take your money just to shut you up, and if you want to talk to someone about customer service you get an answering machine, you have to hound them to get an answer, and basically they don't care no matter what you say! Horrible experience with Dr. V Sandhu. NO physical exam when I went after hearing a pop in my back. When he did finally write a referral for a MRI it was for my neck, not my lower back where the pop and pain were. Incompetent does not begin to describe this Doctor, in my opinion. read more
