My nails are out of control and often getting infected. I called NW FOOT and Ankle and told them I need to have regular nail cutting help and they stated they would take care of me. Come to find out, Dr. Chung, who was nice, just said to come back when my nails are infected and he'll do a small surgery to remove any offending nails which are turning in. I need monthly care by trained medical people to cut my nails, not just go to a nail salon, who have stated that I need medical professionals cutting all my turned in nails. I spent a huge amount of energy, travel and $40 copay to go to NW Foot and they didnt help me the way they said they would when I originally spoke with them. David S.
