Dr. Anderson and his team were professional , friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make me comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. I was a bit apprehensive that Medicare no longer allows the procedure to be done under a general anesthetic, but the procedure took 5 minutes for two injections and the local that was administered took away over 95% of any discomfort. He doesn't have a lot of people in the waiting room since they are only open certain days. He spends the other days at the VA clinic, which I applaud him for taking the time to do. Dr. Fekete explained why their insert was better than "that store's" and personally did the cast of my foot so the brace could be made. I've been to many other podiatrists about my plantar fasciitis and he is the first to really think logically and not just offer an injection and send me on my way. And guess what? The custom arch support is much better, more rigid, and helpful than others I've paid just as much for. I highly recommend him. I'm not personally not convinced that a arch support is the answer, since I'm looking for something that's a permanent fix and not a lifelong hinderance (the arch support does not fit in all my shoes and I'd love to wear shoes again that are girly looking) but, I know if I go through the steps with him, and he recommends surgery, that surgery will be the best answer and not him just giving me a quick fix to get me out of his office. He was a bit stiffly professional on my first visit, and I have to admit, I'm more of a friendly, laugh and kid around person...but on the second visit he was more relaxed...or maybe I was...and I found him very likable and friendly. I've worked with both doctors and I really liked both (they have one male and one female doctor). I honestly have no complaints. Even parking was convenient. I recently pulled my back out again and needed an adjustment. My wife called to find out since I hadn't been there in a while I was considered a new patient and had to pay $40 for the adjustment and an additional $80 for a new patient fee. Well I guess if you don't spend enough money or injure yourself enough they will just tack on fee's to make up the revenue. Luckily I was able to do some stretches I found and got my back to release at home. I will be finding another chiropractor and will not be spending any more time or money at this business. Zero stars
