He doesn't have a lot of people in the waiting room since they are only open certain days. He spends the other days at the VA clinic, which I applaud him for taking the time to do. Dr. Fekete explained why their insert was better than "that store's" and personally did the cast of my foot so the brace could be made. I've been to many other podiatrists about my plantar fasciitis and he is the first to really think logically and not just offer an injection and send me on my way. And guess what? The custom arch support is much better, more rigid, and helpful than others I've paid just as much for. I highly recommend him. I'm not personally not convinced that a arch support is the answer, since I'm looking for something that's a permanent fix and not a lifelong hinderance (the arch support does not fit in all my shoes and I'd love to wear shoes again that are girly looking) but, I know if I go through the steps with him, and he recommends surgery, that surgery will be the best answer and not him just giving me a quick fix to get me out of his office. He was a bit stiffly professional on my first visit, and I have to admit, I'm more of a friendly, laugh and kid around person...but on the second visit he was more relaxed...or maybe I was...and I found him very likable and friendly. I spent hours on the phone trying to sort out the issues. Complete Care would make me pay more than my deductible when the insurance wouldn't pay a claim because of how they billed it. Unfortunately the hassle and additional cost overshadowed the excellent care from Dr. Colby.

I then received an additional bill for $50 because they put me in with a specialist (which I did NOT request nor was I told they were putting me in with a specialist). For my insurance, seeing a specialist is an extra $50. I went in for a general appointment. Nothing that required a specialist. I did not request a specialist, nor was I told I was seeing a specialist. I informed them of this - and I submitted a claim with my insurance. However, they have submitted me to a bill collector already. I will NEVER use this company again due to their disorganization and over billing.
