The dumpster is constantly overflowing with trash. The leasing agents are extremely rude and condescending and like to threaten you if you don't kiss their ass. Walkways are very rarely cleaned.

There was never an issue with the payment process and every time I had a request, the owner far exceeded my expectations. This is an honest business that delivers; the apartment was comfortable, clean and the extra layer of comfort made it feel like home. I had a long stay, but they also offer daily rates. The set up is very simple and you can make reservations online. I 'm planning to rent from them every time I come back to Charleston. This high level of professionalism, comfort, and privacy will be very hard to match by any hotel. I've traveled nonstop with the military the last 15 years, stayed at many hotels all over the world and staying at this apartment in North Charleston was by far the nicest experience I ever had. Now under new management, Sage at Ingleside seems like they are turning over a new leaf. Our maintenance concern, ignored for days by the previous maintenance team, was taken care of right away by Justin from the new team. Courtney in the leasing office has been very helpful, professional, and friendly in all of our interactions with her. The property has had quite the glow up in just over a week, with a new lawn care crew who actually mow, a team of arborists cutting back tree limbs, which has never been done, and renovation starting on the older apartments that have not yet been upgraded. We are very excited for the new changes coming, and I hope the enthusiasm of the new owner/management continues!

After 6 month, I am allowed to rent month by month with a premium over original rent. I found a job and relocated to another state. I did not expect that they refund part of my last month's rent. But they did! And they also refunded all my deposit. The management team Steve and Robin are very friendly and helpful. Maintenace guy is also very friendly. Moncks Corner is a small town. But people there are very kind. In the six months that I stayed there, I have never seen any crime. It is a very safe and quiet community and is ranked the best apartment in Berkerly county. I believe they deserve it.

WTAF!? Speaking of maintenance, THEY CANNOT KEEP A MAINTENANCE PERSON! At least 3-4 maintenance people have worked at this place during our time here. They have also been taking things from and beside people's front doors and throwing them away in the dumpster. Ex. Kids bikes, toddler toys (an electric toy car aka power wheels), chalk, chairs, side tables (to put groceries on so you can unlock the door) and even some plants. They are very quick to add fines for trash left out your door overnight. (I clean the apartment and leave the trash bags outside overnight so the apartment doesn't smell. All the dumpsters are far away from our apartment and I will not be walking to a dumpster late at night when it's dark outside. In the morning the first thing I do is take the trash to the dumpster. They have no trash services. Usually apartments will have a trash service to where you can leave trash outside and it will get picked up. But no. We have to walk to a dumpster and throw trash away ourselves. The maintenance person will come in your home without a 24 hr notice. Real life Example back when the water leak thing- leasing people- "the maintenance man is at your door, please let them in or they will make entry as if it was an emergency" KEEP IN MIND IT WAS 8:30 IN THE MORNING. The leasing office wasn't even open yet. We were barely up yet. Our daughter was 4 months old at the time. This is not a very good place to live. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
