Additionally, I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and informed that my insurance provider would contact me regarding a sleep therapy device. However, given the errors in my insurance information, it is unlikely that any outreach was properly initiated. Funny enough, no one contacted me at all during this time about it. I highly do not recommend this practice - they do not care about their patients.

Nervous having never been to an ENT specialist I was a little perplexed and did not know what to expect. The "support", "assistant" went over what they would do after asking a few questions once you were in the exam room. I came in due to a slight sore throat and cold congestion/ sinus issues. They explained they would administer lidocaine and Afrin into my nostrils to prepare me for the nasal endoscopy. Everything went smooth! They tell you what to expect and how you'll feel (I appreciate this so much). Then Dr. Sorensen came in and introduced himself, asked what I was in for. He did a quick nasal endoscopy (when I say quick- less than 60 seconds in each nostril. He has wonderful bedside manners.. gave me my diagnosis which I assumed already, how we can treat and I went on my way. Wonderful practice! Highly recommend! I went back for a follow up visit and I was nice and clear. They do have to do another nasal endoscopy- I knew what to expect so second time was a breeze.

Sherri is the audiologist who is incredibly talented. She discovered a growth in my dad's ear that impacted my dad's hearing. Dr. Golden safely removed it. She is awesome at her job and does a detailed and thorough hearing test. She is experienced and has a great wealth of knowledge. She has fun and updated gadgets. My dad just got a gadget that streams his cell phone calls directly to his hearing aides. They have house phones that do the same thing. That is so cool. Dr. Golden is excellent at identifying medical problems and treating them correctly. He won't bombard you with unneeded tests. He accurately assesses the problem and then treats it. This is the "Dream Team" and I recommend them with the highest regard. If you have trouble with your ears, run don't walk to their nearest office.

He is retiring. He is recommending his patients to Dr. Liao. Today, I was examined by Dr. Liao. He was examining my sinuses and my ears. He is a very professional and exceptional in his field. He was able to give me a thorough diagnosis of my condition. He also made some excellent recommendations for treatments aside from surgery. He was friendly and helpful. The problem is that I never received a single statement. When I called to inquire, I learned they had the wrong mailing address on file. Despite having my correct phone number and email address, they never attempted to contact me through either method before threatening collections. What was even more frustrating was being told that the collections review process did not care that they had the wrong address. Shortly after the call, they sent an email attachment that I could not open, which was not helpful at all. There are plenty of ENT practices in the area. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I am writing this review to share my very negative experience with Dr. Cohen. While I had hoped to…read moresee a different doctor at the practice, I was scheduled with her. My concerns began when a PA associated with the practice recommended a colonoscopy without ever performing a physical exam. The lack of care continued with Dr. Cohen, who provided no instructions regarding my blood thinners. She failed to coordinate with my hematologist, and after the procedure, when I had bleeding issues, I still received no guidance on stopping my medication or when to restart my medication. I felt there was a disregard for my physical health. I made it clear before the procedure that I had an Achilles tendon injury that was almost healed. Despite this, I left the procedure with a new complication to that injury, requiring me to wear a boot for at least three weeks. When I expressed my concerns about all of these complications, I felt she completely shrugged them off. I left feeling unheard and disrespected. I would not recommend seeing this physician.

The Sunday night I was so sick I had to call and Dr. Julia Korenman was the doctor on call that night. She called me quickly and spent a lot of time very patiently convincing me to go to the hospital. She was 100% right because I was very ill when I arrived at the hospital. The doctor from Capital Digestive Care on call during my hospital stay was Dr. David Jager. He was extremely kind, compassionate, and I felt he truly cared about me. After I my discharge from the hospital for my follow up exam I saw Dr. Korenman and have seen her a few times since. She is always very kind, understanding, and caring. I never feel rushed with her. I can now recommend any of the 3 doctors I have mentioned from this group.
