If I could give an extra star for going above and beyond what other facilities do, I would. Before establishing care here, I lived by the UCLA Ronald Reagan Center which is one of the top-rated medical centers in the US. Having experienced their level of service which was great and comparing it to here- I would say here is the same level of quality but probably better if I'm being honest. Dr. Gibson's expertise in medicine is exceptional and what's noteworthy is his ability to explain seemingly complex topics in ways that are digestible and absorbed by you and me. I never feel rushed during an appointment and the doctor remembers everything I've told him which shows his attention to detail and his care for each patient. Sometimes I think it's easy to feel like you're just another patient at medical facilities but you won't experience that here. You'll be treated like the awesome human you are and realize this is how healthcare should be. I came here because I saw a great review on google and now I'm passing the good energy on because I can see why his reviews were so good & genuine. Definitely professional and best experience ever in this country. I felt like I'm treated as if I'm their colleagues. Wait, the scheduling process on the phone was also easy and nice. I didn't feel any sense of rudeness. Then, the form you'll need to fill in as a new patient was all electronic. You just need to scroll and click. Efficient!! One of the patient asked the receptionist "which doctor is the good one?" and he answered "all of them are good" diplomatically, too. Not much of wait time. It was in and out with clear next step to tackle the issue. Same vibe with the medical assistant and the doctor was very patient with my questions and explained everything I wanted to know. From the first meeting I had with Dr. Possner, I knew things would be vastly different and that I had found someone that would have a profound impact on my health. My first appointment was the longest time I had ever spent with a doctor. My appointment was 2 hours and Dr. Possner had fully reviewed my medical records and engaged me in thoughtful conversation about my medical history. I left my initial appointment with a feeling of empowerment over my health that I had never really felt before. Little did I know that the impact of having Dr. Possner as my doctor would happen so quickly. I was on vacation and had an acute UTI. It was after business hours, but I was able to call the office and get the on call doctor that happen to be Dr. Possner. I walked him through my symptoms and he immediately called in a prescription for me. Because he had such knowledge of my history it was easy for us to communicate and talk through my symptoms. He checked on me via email through the client portal several times over the next couple of days to ensure I was ok. The fact that I was in a remote part of a different state and I was able to call and speak with the doctor saved me stress and the hassle of finding an urgent care to go to. He has made several recommendations to other specialists and doctors, all of whom have turned out to be amazing. His referral goes a long way with each specialist I have scheduled an appointment with. I can't recommend Dr. Possner enough; he's a great listener, thoughtful, caring, kind and you can tell he truly loves what he is doing. His follow through is simply amazing.

The solution used to numb the area tasted absolutely foul, but that's not her fault. She explained every step and answered all the questions, even the somewhat silly ones. I'm sure ENTs hear some ridiculous things, even with adults. The office itself is clean, organized, and easily accessible. Parking is plentiful and the restroom is close by. Online booking is a breeze and her staff is warm and approachable. My only downside during the visit was this creepy girl in the waiting room. I know she was filming because when I moved, her phone did too. I had to ask the doctor one more question and walked to the back, and she had it pointed at the door when I walked out. Odd angle. I didn't say anything out of respect for it being a doctor's office, and that person's behavior isn't the fault of the physician or her employees. It's not their fault that some people weren't raised properly. Anyway, if you're searching for an adult ENT, Dr. Kamil is the one! This is the only practice I could find in my vicinity that would see me within a week; everywhere else had slots open only in a month or two. The office itself smells terrific and the staff (even at 9 am sharp) were all energetic and super friendly towards me. This combined with an easy check in/first time patient registration made it a good start in my mind. My nurse Ashley was super patient and let me talk about all my concerns extensively while she diligently documented it. Dr. Kamil is a star of a doctor! Her energy is incredible, she listened to me as well AND provided scientific / anatomy explanations for the care / all the concerns I had. I got my ears cleaned and it was very swift and didn't hurt at all + educated on after care and future prevention of my issue.

I've been a patient of Dr. Reddy going back to about 1998 when Dr. Reddy took over a practice from a retiring doctor. I was 29 years old. Starting with our first few appointments, Dr. Reddy spent so much time to understand my current and past health, I was almost concerned I was his only patient. Of course I was not his only patient, that's just how Dr. Reddy works, and he works hard long hours. I'm a complex patient with a variety of health issues requiring many different specialists who have performed countless surgeries. Dr. Reddy has been indispensable with his specialist recommendations. Dr. Reddy talks to the other specialists involved in my care, so they all work together to develop a cohesive plan for my health care and to ensure no risks aren't understood and mitigated where possible. Fast forward to 2026 and now I'm 56 years old and in better health now than back in 1998. He has always given me honest to the point advice on how to improve my health and encouraged me as much as any professional can. He helped me set and meet goals. He also holds me to the fire when I could be making better choices. Dr. Reddy communication style is friendly and warm, inquisitive and compassionate. The front office staff and the other medical assistants, phlebotomist are always friendly. The office will always work with the patient to schedule an appointment that works with the patients schedule. I can often be seen the same day, sometimes within an hour! Dr. DiFresco is a wonderful physician. She is sweet,…read morepersonable & has a caring bedside manner (a trait which sadly seems to be lacking amongst many physicians nowadays). I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room before being called back & she's very thorough in her exam (she doesn't try to rush you in & out like some medical cattle call). I was so pleasantly surprised by the fact that SHE actually returned my phone call, not a nurse or assistant - Dr. DiFresco herself (and she got back to me in 10 minutes!). No other physician has ever called me back themselves, let alone within minutes of calling. She's originally from the same neighborhood in Brooklyn that I'm from, so between her sweet, calming nature & her Brooklyn accent, I felt like I was right back home with my mom taking care of me again. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. DiFresco & I'm so grateful that I found her (for those interested, this is an all female practice).
