Where to begin... I am blown away at the financial gem available to the residents of Tyler, TX. Feliciano Financial shouldn't be a stop on your financial journey, it should be your first, last and only stop. Jose is recognized literally throughout the world for his expertise and the services they provide at Feliciano Financial. He and his family put the client first and are one of the few financial planning groups in the country who do full financial planning covering every possible need you could have (insurance, investments, wills, trust, tax, etc...). We admit they are a very polite group of people but my wife and I do not believe that they had our best interests in mind based on the products, not investments, they put us in. Below is an excerpt from an SEC filing describing FSIC III a product that Feliciano Financial put $35,000.00 of our money into. In addition to the below information there has been over $500 in fees on this account and Feliciano collected a nice sales commission also. The worst thing though is that we have been trying to get our money back for two and a half years from this product.....the company just dribbles it back to us at whatever rate they want as the price per shares continues to plummet. We also held at Feliciano, within the same IRA, yes IRA, a product that we had to pay income tax on that we only found out about after tax filing deadline had passed. We had to pay the tax, the late fee, a penalty and $200.00 filing fee to Felicianos holding firm for making the late filing, unbeknownst to us, on our behalf.........it was one piece of paper. Below is above mentioned product information never divulged to us prior to the sale ...................SEC filing Excerpt FSIC III. * An investment in our shares is not suitable for you if you might need access to the money you invest in the foreseeable future. * You may not have access to the money you invest for an indefinite period of time. * You should not expect to be able to sell your shares regardless of how we perform. * If you are unable to sell your shares, you will be unable to reduce your exposure on any market downturn. * We do not intend to list our shares on any securities exchange during or for what may be a significant time after the offering period, and we do not expect a secondary market in the shares to develop. * If you are able to sell your shares before we complete a liquidity event, it is likely that you will receive less than you paid for them. * We have implemented a share repurchase program, but only a limited number of shares are eligible for repurchase. In addition, any such repurchases may be at a price which is less than what you paid for the shares being repurchased. Pardon my French but there is no way in Hell that I'd allowed our money be put into such a product had I known how the fund itself described how little access "investors/suckers" like my wife and I had to EVER getting it back. As mentioned at the start of this........Nice Folks........but Caveat Emptor is imperative when dealing with them...........My wife and I are 68 & 75 years not so young. read more

We had Allstate insurance in 2022. Half way through our policy they went up $100 a month on our…read morepolicy. When I asked them they said everyone policy went up so we canceled the next month. I found an insurance policy with Progressive that was hundred dollars less a month. So instead of telling us we had a balance of $250 they sent it to a collection agency. No letter in the mail or call asking us to pay the balance. I made arrangements to pay the collection agency and paid it today when I asked them to remove it they said they weren't obligated to remove it. I'm very upset with Allstate for doing this to us! We had perfect credit with no derogatory accounts on our credit. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. The least they could do is ask the collection agent to remove it!

Do not like that in the drive thru there is no way to talk to an actual person either, if you have a question/problem you have to go inside. I still gave it 3 stars since the normal banking is fine for the most part.

Anytime I call someone is answering the phone within 3 minutes. I would give this branch 10 stars if I could. They even made me a new Card and let me pick the design just because my old one was scratched up! It's little things like that over the years that makes me give them such an awesome review! I can never go back to SouthSide Bank again. Not because they were bad, but because Altra is just that much better! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I had fraudulent activity on my account so I called my branch location and reported it IMMEDIATELY…read more They told me the transactions were still pending but that they would either stop them from going through or process me a refund and that they would mail me a new card. The NEXT day- I call because no refund had been issued and the transactions were no longer pending. It was as if I had never called in the first place. The person I spoke to originally, "Brandi" , neglected to tell me that for a refund I would need to sign a form to authorize the fraudulent claim refund process. She also never sent me the document to sign!! GLAD I CALLED?! The next branch rep I spoke to was named Lani and she was INCREDIBLY rude. She literally sighed loudly and rudely over the phone when I explained my issue. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional the entire time I was speaking with her. My life has been greatly affected by COVID-19 as many others. This is a difficult time for me as I've lost my job and I'm just trying to make it by delivering food (which doesn't pay a lot). I barely had enough money in my account to afford bills before the fraudulent activity. I'm not even including groceries. She acted as if my life did not matter even a little bit to her. It is the end of the month and bills are coming up shortly- the process of the refund can take up to 5 days and they neglected to start the process or give me the information to do so. DO NOT BANK HERE.
