Recently, I had terrible knots and tension in my shoulder and booked a simple 30-minute table massage. I was shown to a room in the back where an elder therapist worked on me, and she was incredible. Without me even having to say anything, she intuitively found the exact areas that needed attention and spent extra time there. She even added hot stones as a courtesy, which made a huge difference.
