I went to school for massage, so I've experienced a wide range of bodywork. The best massages I've ever had were from my massage school teachers and at a spa in Thailand, which was absolutely top tier. Recently, I had terrible knots and tension in my shoulder and booked a simple 30-minute table massage. I was shown to a room in the back where an elder therapist worked on me, and she was incredible. Without me even having to say anything, she intuitively found the exact areas that needed attention and spent extra time there. She even added hot stones as a courtesy, which made a huge difference. Her work reminded me so much of the exceptional massage I received in Thailand, deeply skilled, intuitive, and caring. I left feeling lighter, with all the tension relieved. I've been coming here for many years it's usually a great fix when my back is hurting. There is one really gentle nice girl who usually massages me regularly and she is wonderful. If you like it very firm, there is an elder woman who will turn your muscles to butter! I have to say, This last experience was NOT as good of an experience as usual. I feel pretty mad so I wanted to let you know what happened. Usually my man gets the elder woman because she is very firm and I get the gentle one, but I got the firm elder one today. As I was laying down, and she was shifting the towel over me, I lifted my head to speak to her and say She doesn't have to do it too hard. I have arthritis in my neck. I like to tell a masseuse that before I start a massage. I barely got a word out! She shoved my head back down and said "ok, ok." That really made me feel uneasy!! Then when she started to work on my neck it was soooo firm, I said can you do it not so hard. She looked to the other girl who was gently massaging my man (he actually needed the firm massage) and the girl had to translate to tell her to do it less firm. She laughed and said something in her language. I said your very strong. Which she is. Not everyone needs it that firmly, I was trying to give her a break but even after I asked her twice to take it easy, I am so bruised today!!!! I'm actually really sore in my shoulder blades and neck. Some people like that.. But let me back up a minute, the older woman also has a cold! She's coughing, clacking her cough drop around in her mouth, sniffling and had to stop and blow her nose which is fine, but please go take a minute and go wash your hands! If you are sick you should stay home, not be rubbing people. So all in all I was not feeling very relaxed. She was talking about us to the other girl in another language when she first walked in, it didn't sound very nice. Finally when we were leaving I tipped her 20% for her massage I think it was a great tip. I have had several massages at this place. They do a greatjob. The massage therapists are Asian and do not understand that much Englist. But they are great and every massage has been very good. I call beforehand if I want a massage that evening but you don't need an appointment. I have had a lot of 90 minute massages and love it. Sometimes, you have to wait but it can be a little weird. No one at the desk and the massage therapists are in the rooms. But I don't think I have had to wait more than 15 minutes. I have had more expensive massages that have not even come close to the massage I have had at this place. If you want the same massage thereapist that you have had before, you will need to call beforehand. read more

1st time at this place, located in the mall. Seems clean, unfortunately had a bad experience. Half way through the massage (which was good) my massage was interrupted....after apologizing for the interruption...guess what happened 5 minutes later? You got it,my massage was interrupted again! This time my masseuse stated she was leaving for a few minutes to handle another customer and stopped the timer. After leaving for 5 minutes she comes back apologizes and finishes quickly. Now I don't know about you but When i go for a massage I expect not to be interrupted, to relieve stress and to feel relaxed when its all done. Unfortunately that didn't happen here, the masseuse didn't offer to extend the massage or any discount. I would give it a 1 star for my experience but I can't deny the massage was decent before the interruptions! If you decide to go, I hope they concentrate on you and your needs. read more

My experience here has always been great. The massage therapist was very attentive to my needs and eased up on the pressure when I asked her to. The atmosphere was pleasant, clean, and quieter than I expected for being in the middle of a mall. The second time I visited I came with a friend and I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were two employees working that day so we could get our chair massages at the same time. They are a little pricey, but so is every other massage place in the area. read more

Came here for a bachelorette party of 6 women and the owner was incredibly accommodating! First off, it is very difficult to find a spa that can take 6 people at one time, so I was so glad to have found this spa and talked to the owner who said he would bring in other massage therapists from another location so we could all go together. When we got to the spa, it exceeded my expectations (I have never been to this spa and wasn't sure what to expect), the couches were comfortable and the atmosphere was very peaceful (even though it's in the mall, we didn't have any issue with noise) and the owner had set up a table full of treats and coffee/ tea/ lemon water all for us! He also closed the store and put a private party sign on the door (which made the bride feel very special!) we were all very happy with the experience! I recommend this location! read more

It's me and my Fiancé's anniversary so we go out to get couples massage . They ask us if we want separate rooms or to get the massage in the same room. We decide it's better to get the massage in the same room. The woman tells us it's gonna be about 15 mins . So we decide to wait. 15 mins pass and couple that was in the room pays and leave and they are preparing the room. Than another couple walk in and another woman shows them to the room. We get confused and tell the woman that the other lady said that we were gonna get the room next. She just tells us if we can wait more time and ignores us. I told her this was bullshit and she didn't even try to work something out with us. We just decided to leave. read more

I've been a customer for a couple of year and they do a good job. The rooms are great they have sound proofing that really blocks out the mall noise. They have a few different massage therapists and like any business they turn over from time to time. If you want a specific therapist call ahead and make an appointment since they always seem to be busy. read more
