He is the LO that represented our home buyer and there were mistakes made left and right. Even from the writing of the initial offer letter to us! Their negligence is borderline unethical. I would stay far far away from this broker and his team. The final straw is that they did not supply escrow with legal docs and the entire dispursemnet ( which is basic agent 101) had become a giant blunder. It is a charade of errors with this LO and he runs a very loose ship.
