One company quoted us the next day service, which was impossible since he was at a mountain with no lodging and temps were 22 and dropping. After our third cancellation at 7pm, I received a call from Thumbs up, that they were coming to our rescue. They kept us updated on their arrival time and drove well out of their area to come help us. They were courteous, told us exactly what they were doing, and for everyone's safety, checked our ID's to make sure we were the ones who were supposed to be at this car to be opened. My car died in a no parking zone last night right in front of an ATM. So much for sneaking out in…read moremy pjs to grab some cash quick! Ughh. I was out there for hours trying the car started. Bought a new battery for the car faub. The car's faub was useless. Friends and people in the parking lot were awesome, ready to help move it to a parking space but we couldn't get the car out of park. By now it's late and freezing outside. Evan the amazing driver from Andy's Towing shows up with this beautiful brand new tow truck and he was able to get my car out of park and into neutral in seconds! He towed it to my mechanic's shop and put the keys in the drop box for me and my nightmare was over. Huge shout out to Andy's Towing!!
