Very bad Towing company! Biondi's Tow Service is awful. First time they towed my car they damaged my driver's door. They towed my car a second time at the property where I live even though I had the sticker attached on the back window. We have two spots that are for visitors and with a "no parking sign " attached in the wall. I parked there because my normal spot was covered with the snow. I didn't have no other options where to park so I parked in one of the two spots that are for visitors.. even though I had the sticker on, they towed me because the sign no parking. They didn't think twice or think about why I was parked there. It was my first time using one of those spots just because my normal spot was covered with snow That no parking sign is there just for other cars that doesn't belong to the property. They did that just because of money. They tow because they want money.. they don't care if you are a resident. I pay for parking and for rent. They just need the money . They are using their service to take advantage of the residence towing them. Biondi's people instead of helping the residents doing a good service they tow us . This is so unacceptable for someone that is a RESIDENT. I wasn't parked of blocking any emergency parking spot, or taking someone else's spot . Biondi's tow because they need the money only. They took my vehicle first time it happened I first move into my apartment in the middle of the night. I wasn't aware I was supposed to put the sticker on my vehicle right away. I parked my car at his rightful spot and then the next day it was taken I was forced to pay 170. I paid it and I walked away second time it happened was last night when my car was pulled up to the side of the building to drop off my dog for a quick second, and then park out the back then these fuckers went ahead and took my car, mounting my car and demanded $100 if I wanted it I asked why if I have a sticker and I was just there for a couple of seconds and park my car afterwards he did not care nobody cares. They don't have remorse. They stealing their lying and that's all they do. Last night at exactly 11 my car was quickly pulled up right in front of apartment 204 for my dog to get dropped off, my car was than taken to its right spot to which biondie towing stole my car off the lot claiming we were parked unrightfully, I call this management more than 8 time and spoke to 3 different people begging them to call this towing company and let them know I am where I am supposed to be rightfully, this man kept demanding me money to put down my car than claim the office call him, later he claimed that they didn't call him, that the towing company is private and was doing its rounds. I called their staff in a very respectful manner, which the lady told me a lot of bullshit than proceeded to tell me that they'll get back to me. She never told me when and what time and I was telling her I need things to happen right now because they're about to take my car right now and then she was like OK. I'm going to get someone on the phone and then never call back. I called again and I was speaking to this woman who I was calmly telling her was happening and then she was just dismissing me as well as proceeding to hang up on me I called again and I was hung up on multiple times again. I finally reached somebody else which I'm sorry that I went very disrespectful to her but, No one could gave me any answers of how or why my car was being taken so then these people on the phone proceeded to tell me that they can't do anything which is bizarre to me because I am paying all this money each month to resign with them guys to ensure that my property is safe on their lot. These guys give me a bullshit ass sticker to put on my car to ensure that my car is secure and safe. I park my car where it needs to be at the exact time that it needs to be at yet again my car gets taken. This lady proceeded to tell me to call the police because only the police and they will solve this issue, the police was literally called on me by this towing company which they told me. This is a private matter and they cannot do anything for me because this is between me the towing company and this residence so I don't care who I reach or who gets mad. I need somebody higher ups number or I'm about to sue because this is not only the first, but the second time my car was taken on unrightfully as well as my sister vehicle getting stolen by individuals who lives here. My housing property items was damaged by their workers and everybody's dismissing me, hanging up on me. Nobody wants to give me a right answer so I need answers today. read more

Call for tow service at Sunday evening to remove a vehicle who park at my assigned parking spot where I live in Quincy, waited for over eight hours still haven't show up to remove that vehicle which force me to park at a visitor spot that I'm not suppose to park overnight. I wish I can call a different towing company but the apartment complex where I live has set up biondi towing service for any towing service. Any other service here I had no idea how good or bad they are but towing service are absolutely horrible, if I can give them no star that what they deserve instead of one star. read more

I had a blowout on the highway. I told the tow truck driver to take me to the closest tire shop. He ended up taking me a little farther just to come here. They saw me right away and made sure my tire was fixed. This was unannounced and day of fixed! the blowout happened at 2:30 and i was home by 5 pm. My car was towed by Biondi's from an apartment complex in Quincy. The tow driver Mike was extremely rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me that my car was illegally parked in residence parking and that he would only take $130 in cash before he sped off. After calling the tow company Mike called me back and told me the address to get my car. When I arrived no one was onsite. I don't understand how you run a towing company with only one person working there. After waiting almost an hour he showed up. He was still extremely rude and told me that he usually doesn't release cars at night and was only doing it because he was in the area. As if he was doing me some kind of favor! And of course he didn't have change for cash I gave him. I don't understand how you run a cash business but you don't have change. I am shocked and disgusted by the unprofessionalism of this company. The only saving grace of this place is the owner Jim. I called the next morning to complain about my experience with Mike and he was very understanding. He apologized and said he would have my change waiting for me at the office. Getting your car towed sucks and no one is going to like it. However, that is not an excuse for the tow truck driver to be disrespectful and rude. Jim should really do more due diligence on his employees if they are going to be representing his business because Mike is scum! read more

I only needed a front headlight bulb replaced, but it was three o'clock on a Saturday and I couldn't find an open service station. (One service station owner said, "No, we're not open, but my cousin has a service station on Washington in Dorchester that's open, come on, let's go," and I left there in a hurry.) I didn't get the guy's name at Biondi's who came out to my car, calmly opened the hood, removed the burnt-out light bulb, looked at the number on it and said, "I'll be right back," and went into the garage and came back in five minutes with the correct bulb while I shot the breeze with the guys in the office, then charged me $20 and waved at me as I backed out with a big smile on my face, but he gave me really good customer service with no drama. The worst service I've received in my car career..... wish I would've chose the place down the street.

While I had great past experiences dealing with Jimmy and his father who owns the place, I no longer give them any service. I took my car here to have a burned out sensor replaced. When I drove my car after getting it back it pulled to the side when braking to get off the highway. Mysteriously my brakes and rotors were worn out. Had another local shop replace them instead. While I have never gotten my own car towed by them, I've witnessed plenty of shenanigans on behalf of their tow truck driver in my apartment complex. This included an incident that involved police and made the newspaper causing my apartment to no longer use them. I want to think the owners are good guys, but they need to show more interest in the actions of those working for them. read more

Terrible. If you get towed there, bring your car somewhere else. It took them three weeks to fix body damage that they originally said would take a few days and then I find out they put the wrong bumper on my car and it doesn't fit correctly. The blinkers also don't fit in the bumper properly. When I brought the car back to them to address these issues they said, "not our problem". Thanks. I will never go there again. read more

When I cannot get my father to help me with basic mechanic work, Jimmy's team always saves the day -- another great experience with Biondi's which helped me to get my inspection sticker without fail! They go out of their way to do what the customer needs.This is evident in their interactions with you, their priority scheduling of your job and post-pickup ensuring that you were satisfied. Dear Jimmy, Thank you for your response to my review earlier this month. First off my apologies for the direct comments I made about your business when in fact they were intended to be towards the individual who towed my car. I understand the tow truck driver was only doing his job. The part where I got upset was when I told him I needed to pick up my car and he told me I could get it in the morning and hung up on me. After repeated calls back with no response I contacted the Quincy Police to see if they could contact him so I could retrieve my vehicle. They were unable to reach him as well. It made a huge inconvenience to my evening. My kids fly up from Florida for a couple weeks each year for Christmas and I was putting the finishing touches on my place and then picking them up at Logan for a late arrival from Tampa. Needless to say it became a very expensive evening. From the cost of the tow to having to pay for a taxi both ways. That's when my anger really set in and the result was the review I placed which again I'm sorry for. The only thing I was truly upset about was the fact I had to pay an overnight storage fee when I wanted my car back and needed my car back. Anyway, I won't be placing anymore reviews I just wanted to clarify things now that I've had sometime to reflect on it. My daughter and I went in there looking for a used car for her. We were met by the sweetest kid Matt. He worked at the gas station and told us we needed to talk to Jimmy. Matt was so nice we wanted to talk to him. He reassured us that Jimmy was great and this was a family owned business where they treat people kindly fairly and respectfully. My daughter and I then met Jimmy. He was also all of the above. He sent us to Lenny. Lenny is the best. Lenny is Jimmys Dad who then took over. He showed us a car in my price range that was safe, sturdy and perfect for a first time car. He put plates on it and the three of us went for a ride, my daughter was driving. The car seemed great. He then explained the value of the car by showing me the Keely Blue book. I believe they are very honest people. We bought the car. Later in the week we went to pick car up and they brought it out looking brand new, it was detailed and perfect. My daughter is sooo happy and so am I. I would highly recommend this family business. Also, Allyssa in the office is a super sweetheart who made us feel at home through the whole process. So for anyone looking for a great place to buy or fix cars or just get gas this is the place. I took my car here to be fixed after getting rear ended. It was very minimal and was only estimated for 8 hours of labor per my insurance company. Well three weeks later I am just getting my car back due to "underneath" damage. I was hit going less than 5 mph so I am not sure what kind of damage they found. The first week I could not get a hold of them to see when my car would be finished. When I finally did they said they are waiting for the insurance to come back out to look. Another week and another call into them. I was told it would be done Friday and it was not, promised Monday and it was not. Finally on Tuesday I said I was coming to pick my car up finished or not and it was finally completed. Coincidence or NOT, as I drove off the lot my car was making a funny noise (wasn't there the three weeks before) and I took it to another auto place to be looked at. Turns out my brake pads and roters needed to be replaced ($300). I definitely would not come back to this place for their poor communication and lack of professionalism. The brakes could have been just a mere coincidence but they lost my trust from the beginning so having a hard time believing. What was suppose to be a quick fix turned into a three week nightmare. Biondi's is hands-down the best place in Quincy to take your car for any sort of work. When I was new in the area, I unfortunately was involved in an accident. I had no idea where I should get my car towed to, but Biondi's came highly recommended. They were so nice and understanding and made me feel better when I was obviously shaken up after getting into my first big accident. Jimmy, the owner, is so friendly and helpful, I actually enjoyed talking to him on the phone as I got updates on my (pretty smashed-up) car. They were able to fully repair it and over a year later it is still looks and is running great. They are now my go-to for anything I need for my car, and it's always a friendly visit. They also are very fair in price, I never feel like I'm being cheated, in fact I feel like they take extra care to not overcharge at all. No one typically enjoys going to an auto repair shop, especially if you've been in an accident and you need bodywork. The owner, Jimmy, definitely sets the tone and they make the experience as painless as possible. I did some pretty serious damage to my Ford Expedition and they had it looking like new and finished the job right on time. Delivery of some of the needed parts was delayed and they had to work overtime so that I didn't have to wait. I was taking my daughter and some friends away for the weekend and really needed my car. It seemed like the whole crew got involved to ensure that it was ready. Their relationship with the car rental down the street was also a lifesaver. It was so convenient to just drop off the rental and walk the 2 blocks to Biondi's. I've been to many shops over the years, but wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now that I've found this one. The atmosphere and conversation is so much fun you'll almost look forward to you next oil change! These people are crooks!!!! My car broke down near Quincy Center and I asked my wife to find a Towing company to tow the car to our house less than 5 miles away. She called them and they told us that we were going to be charged by the miles plus a small towing fee. They came got the car and brought it home. The driver to my surprise handed me a $100 flat fee invoice. I was very mad and my wife even more because they had told her something quite different on the phone. The only excuse the driver came up with was that they have a third party that answer the phone and that gave us the wrong info. The name of the driver was Mike and he was extremely rude. read more

I have a 1967 Dodge Charger with a 440 magnum and couldn/t get the motor running as well as something that large should. The eople at Biondis checked out the ignition system and used a matchbook cover to set the breaker points on the street. So I take my car in cause its making a strange noise on the high way, I ask them to check it out, rotate the tires change the oil, a new battery, basic stuff. Well that takes 24 hours but no problem right because the car is good to go according to them. 150 miles later I need a new transmission and a new radiator so after 8 days of those repairs they slap me with a 3300 dollar bill. This is a friend of the Family we are talking about. Needless to say I complain extensively. So he calls the police in, who say if i have issues i have to take it to small claims court. So Ok I go to pay the bill and he says cash only....even though there are clearly marked signs all over his door that he takes all sorts of credit cards. So now my Father (who has know the guy for 50 years) step in and start asking what going on here and the Owner tells my Dad that I physically assaulted him and he was afraid for his life. That fictitious assault occurred with 3 other workers present but what really makes it comical is I just had my c-6 c-7 discs replaced in my neck 3 weeks ago so I cant even raise my arms without pain. Well to sum up, I gave them the 3300 in cash to get my car out of there; figuring an extra 500 bucks or so is a small price to pay to have the full comprehension of how much of a scum bag this guy really is and how poor they are at diagnosing a car they really are......I mean when it comes right down to it....i only have myself to blame.....after less than a 150 miles I towed it to the guy who told me my car was in good order 7 days prior. read more
