We got the exact deck we wanted down to real wood and speciality design for our historic brick colonial. Most guys only want to do plastic railings these days. There were no gimmicks--he was direct and no hidden fees. Any possible additional costs were disclosed upfront--which ended up being none. The cost was very reasonable and fair. Instead of replacing the damaged plywood, they replaced all of the plywood for the front of the house. They finished the entire demo and rebuild of the entire facade and porch in less than 2 weeks. After the facade was completed, the work on the roof was started. The teardown of the roof and reshingling with GAF shingles was completed in a timely manner. If there were any issues during the project, Buildsmore was always available to resolve the issue in a cost effective and timely manner.
