I was told I'd have the draft the next day. After 4 weeks from the phone meeting, I was "released and free to fine another attorney" as she was busy with "pressing" matters. I would have been fine just being told she was too busy to take my request at the beginning. But keeping me on the hook for a month is unprofessional at best and just disrespectful. I wonder if she treats her employees with the same lack of respect. I selected her because she was a trust/will attorney and advertised as such. In her email to me explaining her position, she "wished me the best of luck". Wow.
