Pastor Jason is an incredible pastor. We also think the children's program is so well run and full of great Christian volunteers.

My family started attending Fellowship in 2024, and it has been an amazing experience for us. As a biracial family, we have been praying for a diverse church for a long time. It can feel a little overwhelming (that's trying any new church) but we quickly saw how welcoming everyone really is. The children, student, and special needs programs are hands down some of the best I've ever experienced. Pastor Jason not only preaches some of the best sermons I've heard in a long time, but he's also a man of God leading his family and church incredibly well. The worship is a nice mixture of CCM, Gospel, Hymns, and more (I love the diversity in culture and generations). I hope if you're looking for a place to belong, you'll come check it out! read more

Christ-centered. Bible-teaching. Multi-ethnic. Incredible music. With only one life to live, I want to make sure I live it right. Dr. Crawford Loritts may just be the best preacher I've ever heard, next to maybe his own son, Bryan, Tommy Nelson, or Ronnie Stephens. Of course, it's about the message, not the messenger. We've been attending North Point as a family for about a year, and while I really enjoy it (and still watch the online service at www.northpointonline.tv), it's definitely not a conventional service, and my wife has never been comfortable with the rock and roll worship style (which regularly has some pretty secular music mixed in with the contemporary Christian that typifies the worship time). Fellowship, for us, has been a great move. Music changes almost every week, and the preaching is much more bible-verse filled. The pastor, Crawford Loritts, is black and the church is very diverse, which I like a lot. Crawford is a great preacher, and even when someone else preaches here, I've found it to be enriching. For us, this church is a great middle ground between those who gravitate to the Andy Stanley style, but want something a bit more traditional, with regular communion, and a smaller congregation, where it's easier to get to know people. When I say a bit more traditional, though, I mean just a bit. it's not traditional in the sense of a typical Baptist or Presbyterian service, but it doesn't come across as a super seeker friendly church with a mission to serve those who would otherwise not attend church, like North Point. To me, it seems more like a church for those who are Bible believers, but may not be into the organized religion thing very much. It's mission is a good bit more discipleship oriented than North Point, but doesn't come across as overly judgmental and critical. In summary, for our family, we feel that finding this church at this time is a real blessing for our family, when we really need it. read more

I really wanted to like this church and enjoy fellowship with others who are wounded and seeking living water from God. The pastoral message is very very good. Dr. Crawford Loritts is GIFTED. It's the only reason that I have hung in there and continue to make the morning service over the last 6 years. I take my spirituality my walk with God seriously and I know that I need the fellowship of other Christians along this walk. I've always believed the church is for those who are iill, weak, in bondage, and in need of strengthening and support by those who are perhaps further along in their journey that can lend a hand and wrap an arm around you so that you too can become a strong disciple and help others. We all need the fellowship and support of others along life's journey.. This is what I have believed is one of the roles of the church. I do not hesitate to say that the message and music is truly wonderful, inspiring, soul piercing, and .... sadly one of the only reasons that I had continued to " hang on" , have a positive outlook and look for real inclusion/ acceptance in this church family. I attempted membership but was met with what felt like- a rebuff by the one person who was in charge of this area. This person seemed to feel that I wasn't "saying the right words" in order to join the church. Maybe , because I was coming from a Catholic background I didn't know the words they were looking for. But I didn't know there were certain words that were needed to join a christian church. I reflected and questioned myself over months and now years over this interaction and what I always believed was the role of the church. Where did I go wrong as a sinner, saved by Grace and trying to connect with a Bible believing church? I asked for prayer at one alter call ( lots of people go up) and said what I was struggling with ( loneliness- new to area, wanting to connect ) to the person who would pray. This person immediately seemed very uncomfortable with the prayer request. I guess it was odd or maybe not the usual. I'm late middle age and single but didn't think this request was that far fetched. Anyway, I am truly very sad to have to look elsewhere for christian fellowship but I have to admit to myself that this is just not working for me. read more

Dr. Loritts is a modern preacher for modern times. He comes across as very real, (authentic) and very passionate about the word of God. If I had to evaluate him alone, I would be giving five stars. Although the church has a diverse population, real unity among the various groups, appears to be lacking. The church is predominately white, they have Hispanic church but there is limited diversity among attendees. My family and I attended a couple of the classes and found that they just weren't a good fit for us, so we only attend the morning service. Considerations: The music is waaaay to loud!. How loud you ask? It was so loud that I actually got up and went into the hallway until it was over. While out there, I encountered a senior couple and the wife joked that he was out there protecting his "good" ear. Another attendant was sitting in the waiting area after exiting because of her pacemaker. Personally, I prefer more praise music than rock and I could totally do without the band, When I'm in church, I don't want to feel like I'm in the club, "making it pop". Since this incident happened, I have been reluctant to return and cognitively I know that this is not an appropriate response but I've just been ignoring the problem. I will be following up with the church regarding my concerns. I would like to see more class options for mature and young adults and a greater integration of cultures. Please know and understand that what you see in the church is a reflection of what you see in the world. You may encounter people who you consider to be arrogant, dismissive or judgmental but just know that this is the exception and that people are generally very warm, welcoming and accepting. read more

I came to Fellowship a really broken 21 year old, and was loved and accepted by the staff and pastors from day one. I would recommend this church to anyone who is looking for biblically sound, solid teaching and great worship. This place has such meaningful community! read more

The teaching is solid, and Dr. Loritts delves deeply into God's Word every week. In this regard, Fellowship has it nailed -- this church puts its focus on 'feeding the flock' of regular attenders and members, versus trying to water down the Gospel message to tickle the ears of non-believers. You'll never hear Paul referred to as 'this dude in the New Testament', or anything irreverent or elementary about the Bible. If you're truly seeking God, want to understand the Bible, and grow in your spiritual walk to experience real, transforming relationship with Christ - you're in the right place. However, I'll say that if you're also interested in seeking warm, close relationship with other believers, and be part of a loving community - you might think to look elsewhere. We've tried multiple times to plug into different groups, but directors and staff (charged with helping members and attendees fit in) seem to come off as cruise-ship coordinators rather than shepherds genuinely interested in knowing and understanding how their congregants long to serve the body and fit into the community. At times it has seemed as if the staff at Fellowship is a bit 'exclusive' and shut off from the rest of the congregation. I sincerely hope I'm wrong. Shifting gears, the music is incredibly loud, and we opt not to attend here, as we truly wish to engage in worship that lifts our souls to God, reveres Him and Him alone - not the band on the stage. There's something very reverent and worshipful about singing together as a corporate body, and it breaks our hearts to have the sound of the congregation drowned out by a rock band. Despite what this and many other churches are doing in the name of worship on Sunday mornings, we still stand firm in our belief in softer, more reverential worship music. So, we have now joined a different church that engages in what we believe to be more reverent worship, but also offers solid teaching, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and sincerely wishes to help its members find a place to contribute their respective spiritual gifts. And as I close out this review I'd like to say that we pray for everyone at Fellowship, and truly appreciate the hard work the staff engages in. We pray for the entire church, have been so thankful for Crawford's teaching (you almost can't find better), and it grieves us to say we do wish there was more of a spirit of love, acceptance, and warmth amongst the congregants and staff. I hope while we were there we did our part, even in our time of deepest need. read more

Preaching is good, music is not culturally diverse. Service is 1.5 hrs long. Preacher is African American and mostly white congregation. I would like to see more songs that relate to African Americans though. We say that we want to be all inclusive---NOT. So instead of complaining I decided to move on. I have been attending for 2 yrs and have sat down in the many services to where no one have said--Good morning, Hi or God bless you. Tough challenge for me but maybe not so for others, depending on what you are looking for. read more
