They delivered the refrigerator and were on time but the delivery guy told me he couldn't change the side that the door opened on because then it wouldn't work right and said 95% of the refrigerators that they change the doors on are returned. (BS)Then I found a chip on the paint on the refrigerator door! I've been calling the store and have been dealing with the AI operator and have been on hold for a total of 2 1/2 hours just today! Now I'm going to have to DRIVE 20 miles to the store to get customer service. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES AT LOWES!!! I'm going to return this and although I'm boycotting Home Depot, I'll buy one there.
