They truly do extend the healing ministry of Christ. The office experience beginning with check-in with registration was seamlessly easy. The ER itself makes me feel safe with a security guard being there upon entering. This ER is surrounded by touristy spots like Seaworld and is relatively close to Icon Park and even is culiminated by plaza filled with restaurants like Fogo De Chao or Portillos just down the way. Anyway, going back to the care here. It is nothing short of extraordinary. You have a full functioning laboratory, a CT/X-Ray/Ultrasound room, and a Trauma Room. They even have Dole Whip offered here as a goodbye treat upon discharge. The doctor, midlevel providers, respiratory therapist, and the nurses were all so wonderful here. They run safety checks on a regular basis and have multiple safety precautions in place for their guests. Gary, the Safety Director, is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He conducts an in-depth assessment (prior to treatment) and will patiently answer all of your questions. The facility also has comfortable waiting areas for your family or friends if you bring someone with you. Last, Jennifer and Erika work so hard on behalf of their clients to try to get your health insurance to cover your treatments, if there's any way possible. They are well versed in this area and if there's a way, they will find it. I can't recommend this treatment center enough.
