Well here is my experience with get David get paid. On September 1st 2023 I was on my way home from work on my electric bike and out of nowhere a woman made a quick right turn into a gas station right in front of me. I had no time to stop or evade the impending collision. This is where the 3 ring circus began after the impact with her car I managed to get stopped I confronted her and asked why she turned in front of me? Her answer was a flat " I did not see you" well that might be the case but she just passed me within feet to make the turn and I was wearing a bright colored flannel shirt so??? Well the next step is to call the cops. This is where it turns into let's make a deal. The Hazel Park officer stated I could file a report and I was on my own or work it out with her. Neither of these seemed like good options. Now mind you no tickets were issued to any one. Turns out she has no insurance I guess the officer would have known this if he had done his job but what can you expect. Now the damage I have big cuts on my leg and pain on left side after slamming into her car. My bike is broken in half and is unusable. So I start looking for a lawyer enter David. Now from the time I contacted his office to date I have never met in person anyone from his office. I had to take all the pictures and send them to him. At first they kept in contact till I signed the contract then poof gone. I had to ask from time to time for a update . I guess a monthly update is to much to ask . I had spoken to David a few days later and let him know the gas station had cameras that would have seen the accident . He stated " I will send a preserve evidence letter to them " I doubt this was ever done . I also have a complete ?? Copy of my file but no body cam footage even though their is a copy of 2 DVDs.. So I guess I have to file a foia request myself. Well 2 years later and after I requested a copy of my file . Things started happing. Suddenly we have a court date. Of course she is on the run and can't be found. Really you have all her info and can't find her ??? Whatever. Also David recommended that I go to Spinal recovery center . DO NOT GO THERE . This is definitely a lawyer doctor if you know what I mean . They did nothing to help me as a matter of fact I now have a right arm tendon pain so thanks for that. So this is getting long . Here is where they left me . I have a judgment that is worthless . A bunch of medical bills and a broken bike. He called me after the court hearing and let me know "that happens a couple times a year. So get Dave get paid is bullshit so beware. I got nothing after 2 years so good luck. read more

I really really wanted to give Mr. Femminineo 5 stars or even 4. He did help me out a lot and got settlement monies for my auto accident case. Even directed me to some doctors who would look at my issues with an actual interest in HELPING ME instead of some insurance company. BUT he insisted I settle medical. And since then all my therapists and doctors have expressed shock and anger that I was advised to do such a thing. Apparently rule of thumb with a brain injury is to NEVER EVER NEVER EVER EVER SETTLE MEDICAL! I didn't know and I trusted that my lawyer was advising me correctly.
